We had an unforgettable stay at One&Only, and it was made even more special thanks to the incredible team who went above and beyond at every turn.Maricel at the souvenir shop was truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and proactive, she helped us find the perfect keepsakes with genuine care and thoughtful service. Eugene, our Villa Host, was simply the best. Always present yet never intrusive, he ensured everything flowed smoothly, from small comforts to special requests.But the true highlight of our trip was the dive experience with Mo. He brought the ocean to life, guiding us through exhilarating encounters with manta rays and reef sharks, and even helping us upgrade our PADI licenses to adventure dives. His passion, expertise, and calm presence underwater made it a memory we’ll carry forever.Every member of the One&Only staff contributed to the magic of our stay. From start to finish, we felt welcomed, cared for, and truly at home in paradise. Thank you all for the experience of a lifetime.

Excellent and spacious overwater villa, stuffed with everything imaginable for comfort, fresh fruits every day, snacks. Very private. Every staff member is extremely courteous, friendly and professional. We aways felt welcome and cared for. Our host Samih was always responsive and proactive, he even called me when there was enough wind to do kitesurfing as I'm into it.I loved the gym and SPA facilities. We ate the most delicious food served in the restaurants. One & Only brand will be associated with high class and luxury for us from now on.

Great service from start to finish. Food choices were diversified and all fantastic but the standout restaurant was the Japanese. Everything about this resort was just done exceptionally well. Tons of facilities like bikes to ride around the island, basketball and tennis court etc.

The privacy. The cleanliness. The kindness of the staff. The weather. The beach. The breakfast. The water at the beach! The super light weight bicycles at our disposal for us to go anywhere on the island. The welcome from the airport and the arrival at the island on a great boat. It was a dream. The gym was perfect as was the variety of dinners and lunches at the different restaurants.

Nothing. The weather wasn’t always great but that’s not their fault at all.

Amazing island with a lot of privacy between the villas and offers big variety of activities. We experienced the spa, diving, padel lesson, Muay Thai, the different beaches and excursions… we will definitely come back!

Thank you for fast and smooth boat transfer, did’t have to wait at Male airport. Also thank you for early check-in so we could enjoy the holiday as soon as possible (this is the thing that is not usually available in hotels). We got villa 181 with beautiful sand beach and view with sea and palms. Not windy, calm & clear water. The island has about 15 beaches, explored them all by bicycle or walk. The beaches were really beautiful. Delicious food at breakfast and Rhabarbaro restaurant for dinner. Especially like breakfast buffet with choice of a la carte menu.

The only bad thing were geckos inside the villa and lots of mosquitos outside. Geckos are probably harmless, they are just scrolling around the walls above your head and making a specific noise in the night, however we didn’t sleep well (or almost nothing at all) and didn’t feel comfortable during night. We already experienced it before in different hotels in Maldives, it’s natural. But, we experienced also hotels and villas without geckos, so probably there is a way how to prevent this situation. Good thing is, that the hotel is trying to do something with mosquitos.

outstanding location, accommodation, facilities and service on a large private island! spacious villas with private beach.. hardly possible to be topped...

Where do I start ? I have been to several One & Only resorts and can honestly say that the Reethi Rah is by far the best of them , every aspect of the property was superb. I would like to thank our “butler” Soukaina for her excellent personal service. In fact all the staff deserve recognition for their work, they were so helpful and friendly.

Not a One & Only issue as such, but I was shocked by the amount of debris in the sea.

The island is perfectly maintained and large enough. Great spa and excellent food. Trained staff but unfortunately a bit impersonal and with lots of incomprehensible rules. Accommodation definitely needs renovation to match the price. There is a great boat transport from the airport directly to the island.

we are honeymoon couple, only they offer champagne nothing much, maybe hotel can offer much more thing.

Perfect big island , food , stuff flexibility , everything is nice and easy . We love perfect breakfasts! And vegan restaurant . And amazing musicians band! Beach club . Everything is perfect . I love to come back to this hotel again and again! And also the best butler in the world - Arthur !

I asked in advance not to use chemicals from insects in the room, they confirmed to me that everything was under control, but everything was sprayed on the first cleaning, and the person who fled said that he was not warned. Also, the air conditioner always hummed very strongly, which was eliminated a little later. but I think that in this hotel you need to pay attention to the air conditioning system. I also did not like that all the chemicals and everything for cleaning are stored in a half meter hole at the head of the bed. and along with cleaning chemicals, toothbrushes, coffee capsules and more are stored. this is not good for respiratory health. and three days after our arrival, the water in the ocean began to bloom a little and there was a smell.

Our second trip and the hotel met all our expectations with beautiful location, excellent service from dedicated staff and wonderful food.

Nothing - except the price - it's not a cheap place to stay.

Beautiful beach villa . Crescent moon shaped beaches and a great staff.

There was no central reception for asking for a buggy etc . You needed to call your butler who sometimes was not available or busy.

The villas are huge and beautifully appointed and the menu variety in the restaurants are excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were incredible and friendly and I think very underrated for the job that they do. Not everyone kept their villas as tidy as we did. Beautiful gardens and very well maintained. Japanese restaurant was very expensive but great service from Tapiwa who looked after us well. The Spa is the biggest in the Maldives. Very good treatments in an elegant environment.

Drink prices are exhorbitant. Not enough ‘adult’ areas. Every meal was interrupted by a screaming child. I was with my 2 teenage sons who also commented on it. For such an upmarket property it was very surprising. Snorkelling was very disappointing. Saw practically nothing. 30 years ago no jet skis were allowed and warnings were plentiful about not touching or standing on the coral, the sea was like an aquarium. Jet skis are now everywhere, the excessive tourism has sadly taken its toll.
