Breakfast. They have put me in a room that is different from the one i have booked but then they corrected that after some ping pong discussions. I had to chase them.

I would like to say a big thank you to Arena Hotel for a wonderful stay. We spent five days there, and everything was very pleasant. The food was nice, room service was provided daily, and the room was clean with all facilities in good condition.I would especially like to mention the very warm, welcoming, and caring hotel staff. Everyone was willing to help, provide guidance, and always did so with a smile.I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to return to this hotel again in the future.

Specially Majitha from guest relations was amazing. He’s always ready to help with any request with a smile.Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout the stay. restaurant, which was facing a white sandy beach served delicious meals with a good variety of options. Staffs at restaurants were amazing too.My daughter enjoyed the infinity pool on 10th floor of the hotel , right facing to sea and the beach.Overall, we had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay again. Sewage smell in all roomWe were a family and we got separated in different buildings.People harassing you to in sneaky way when using the hotel beach-beds.

Staff was incredibly nice

Construction inside hotel & outside hotel 24/7. AC doesn’t work, very loud all night. The balcony slider wasn’t installed properly and was screaming loud all night from the wind. No other rooms available to be moved to. They over charge for all excursions and ferry trips even when you’re a hotel guest. Stay elsewhere and stay away from all businesses that have arena in it they’re all owned by the same company.

We were sitting in front of the beach and some guy came selling his juice and asking if we want to order something from his shop and told us that we should order or leave this place. It was right in front of arena beach hotel.

The room was at the 7th floor but the lift can reach to 6th floor. It was difficult to climb the stairs because we have a baby.The room was very smallThe room view was bad. Just a wall

I have like everything here from stay to service specifically RANA was very helpful and also made my trip more enjoyable. He is very polite and always helpful and smiling. Never got such professional service ever before. I'm really impressed with him and looking forward to stay more nights.

It’s really a series of properties that are really right on the beach with lots of amenities, restaurants, umbrellas, and beach chairs.

My island view was a view of four construction projects all of which happened to be going on while I was there. Very loud and noisy. Lots of expansion for a very tiny island.

We loved our stay here, albeit short. From the check in to check out, our experience was superb. It was personal, we felt special. Worthy of every penny we spent. Shout out to ma’am Hazel at the reception for the warmest welcome. We felt at ease and relaxed right away. Thank you! Would definitely recommend to our friends and family!

We received a great room upgrade — the room was clean and the location was excellent.

On the downside, check-in was slow and included unnecessary instructions focused on promoting the hotel’s restaurant and tours. After a long journey, a quicker check-in would have been appreciated.

I recently spent four nights at a resort in the Maldives and would like to share my experience.The boat transfer from the airport was smooth, but the captain was rude, and the boat was overcrowded, which was disappointing for a first-time experience in the Maldives. Upon arrival at 5 PM, we waited over 1.5 hours for our rooms to be ready, despite having requested two rooms on the same floor well in advance. Instead, we were given rooms on completely different floors.On a positive note, Sajid in guest relations was an asset to the hotel. Despite the many shortcomings, he did his best to ensure our stay was comfortable, and his customer service deserves high recognition. Nadh was also quite helpful and attentive, while Rubel assisted with all our requests and should be acknowledged for his silent yet effective work.In the restaurant area,Hashim and Ishan along with chefs Ruwan and Arjun were friendly and worked hard to enhance our dining experience. However, the food options were limited, and after four days, we found ourselves facing the same selections at breakfast. The Ala Carte menu was a nice alternative and reasonably priced.Sanitary conditions need significant improvement as well. There were numerous flies in the restaurant area, and food was often left uncovered in an unhygienic manner. Overall, there is ample room for improvement in various aspects of the resort. I would expect a place like this to be more customer-centric and affordable for families in the future.

absolutely nothing, i wish we stayed at the resort next door plus on top of that they over booked our room choice and put us in a sad room in the corner that was not what we asked for and the aircon was leaking, the bathroom had cockroaches and the food was not great for the breakfast buffet
