Rudeness of the staff and standard of service - each request took much longer than expected

Beautiful resort. Close to the airport so the transfer fee/time is more reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Fun snorkeling and we had a blast on one of the excursions we went on.

Food was quite good, but not spectacular.

Snorkeling from the hotel beach or dock is not good. You have to leave the resort for good snorkeling. This was a disappointment.

Island doesn’t host a classic beach with great waves!

Lovely stay at the Sheraton. Our family of 8 stayed in the beach front cottages. Boat ride included that was ontime and only 10 to 15 minutes away. Amazing views with great proximity to the restaurants and pool. Food was excellent! Breakfast every day had a wonderful variety of items while lunch was by the pool / beach and dinner was capped off at the Thai and Indian restaurant.

everything. it was our first time in the maldives and we had the best experience here. the breakfast has very good variety for our kid who is a picky eater.

Very quiet resort

You can see and hear a lot of planes from airport. Also construction from main island affects the view

- I really appreciate the gesture of making us check in early. The food in Kakun and feast is amazing. The Egyptian chef and Eyman were so hospitable. Everyone was helpful and polite.

The food, ambience, and overall service were top-notch.A special mention goes to Mr. Abdul Manik, one of the resort’s employees, who truly made my experience exceptional. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout my stay. His genuine kindness, quick assistance, and welcoming attitude stood out and made a huge difference. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable — and Abdul Manik definitely did.

The staff is the sweetest! Facilities are amazing and the water around is so clear you can snorkel the whole day.

Staff is extremely friendly and always at watch to help. Our daughter has severe food allergies and they managed to accommodate everything very smoothly. One family member had a birthday and they managed to prepare a allergy free cake!

The food and drink cost is a bit expensive but compared with other Maldives resorts this is one of the best cost per benefit options.

Everything was more than perfect starting from the shared speed boat ,free wifi coverage all over the island ,service team members above above above exceptional,food,beach (sandy with no rocks)

Everything was good but the food variety (internationally) was some how limited, water sports was extremely expensive, no supermarket or mini market makes

The most amazing thing that catches your eye is its location that covers most of the points about the whole experience and it’s so relaxing. I usually travel solo as an online content creator reviewer for hotels stays, tourism, travel and I stayed in a cottage. This trip was special as I had my birthday. I enjoyed the beach which was accessible by walk and there are restaurants in most of the places so you can have food wherever you want. I tried their room service as well a couple of times and I found some good food options. Furthermore they have activities going on, they have packages for water sports, etc. For me it was a relaxing retreat so I didn’t opt for any specific activity and I just booked it for my birthday. Overall experience was relaxing. The staff was friendly throughout the resort except for some people. They managed to take care of the boat transfer at the time of departure and arrival of my flight which relieved me.

Unfortunately there was one incident that just made this experience disappointing. It was my birthday on 22nd July. I specially mentioned it before booking the room. On the day of my birthday, my attendant went missing and didn’t respond to me (even in her working hours) she left my messages on read. On the day of meeting she claimed she’ll be attending me but she was nowhere to be seen and also nothing was done. Honestly I felt so useless to even mention my birthday and when you know it’s a special day for the guest, you have to show at least a courtesy to wish or greet them if you’re not offering anything complimentary. I felt really ignored so I had to mention as I paid and booked this hotel for this reason, the excuse that I got was from the receptionist on the call that on your documents you have another date as your birthday. I explained him that my actual birthday is on 22nd July and it’s different on the passport. Even if it was different, somebody should’ve communicated about it instead of leaving their guests hanging them expecting something will be done. Honestly at this point it was quite obvious to me that they don’t care about their guests and the way he said was as if I’m lying or he doesn’t believe me and it was really hurtful. I couldn’t believe that and I didn’t expect it from them.. After I said to the attendant finally she replied when her shift was about to end and she sent me a small pastry and said oh I was about to send you (literally after me mentioning about it) it was so embarrassing.Anyway I’m not planning to stay here again anytime soon and if it’s your special day then don’t waste your money and time on this resort. It’s only good for just casual stays. Maldives itself is a beautiful place and this view is available at any resort but what makes you different is the type of service you offer to your guests. If people want to relax, they can literally do it on other resorts and hotels on half of its price.

Our stay at Sheraton Full Moon Resort was absolutely perfect, especially with kids. From the moment we arrived at the airport, the staff was attentive and welcoming, ensuring a smooth transfer to the resort. The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was seamless and well-organized.The resort itself exceeded our expectations — beautifully maintained, clean, and family-friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing family getaway. The kids loved the safe and inviting environment, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special.
