The hotel was very clean

The location is inside the busy area you can barely find it seems like an apartment not a hotel

This was the 1st hotel that left me speachless. 5* quality. We felt welcome from even before stepping in to the hotel, as we were greeted by the staff, door opened for us and we got help with our luggage (before they even knew we had a reservation). Then while checking in we received welcome drinks and cold towels!!! The rooms were super clean, neat and tidy, even though they weren't the biggest, it was still perfect for us. We got a lot of help, from in exchanging money to calling a taxi. Everyone was super nice, proud of their job, and really into hospitality.

Even though I really like to complain, there was nothing I didn't like! Keep up the AMAZING work!

It was comfortable

A/c was leaking had to put a cup to catch the water and next door had a lot of noise because of construction.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Particularly the lady at the counter and the hotel attendants. They provided full support providing drinking water , cleaning the room and utensils. The room is bit small , which is typical for Male, however ok for short stay. The location is convenient and walking distance to all amenities and attractions. The food of the restaurant is good. The price is very economic compared to the hotel prices in Maldives.

The shower does not have a glass separator so while taking taking a shower the bathroom floor gets wet, so there is a risk of slipping on the wet floor in the dark. The switch to turn of the light for the bathroom is inside the bathroom which should have been outside. None of the charger point fits the phone charger, though the hotel provided attachments.

Clean , quiet , great tv with Netflix, good AC, nice breakfast

I booked a 4-star hotel through booking.com, but unfortunately, upon arrival, it turned out to be a guest house. We were charged a service fee and my family and I are deeply disappointed with booking.com. We have decided not to use their services again.

At the check in time I was asked to Deposit $125 and receipt was given to me. my total amount including tax to be paid was $113.20. As going through the check out process I asked about the deposit and gave the receipt, the staff said that the amount is for room payment and not as deposit and I explained that there are $12 difference? He replied that this $12 is green charge and paid for authority? I asked for a receipt for the extra $12 and they issued a receipt. I’m ready to provide the receipt if you would like to follow up with this situation. As per booking only the room rate + tax was mentioned and nothing else as green charge or others. Thank you

The staff was very polite. Food was great. Rooms were comfortable. The checkin process was simple and all the staff served with a smile

Continued stench in the bathroom. Thin walls, could hear people outside all the time. Staff came and cleaned the room without asking or having the sign on the door.

The bathroom had a strong smell, not sure if it was from the cleaning products or a diffuser. It was clean though.

Very nice staff, close to mcc ferry terminal to airport and atols.Restaurant inside.

Not the properry’s fault but therr were works going on all day just outside my window.
