Marukab Plaza

Bad experience

Street and construction noise Staff attitudes Toilet cleanliness The toilet hot water doesn’t last

The staff were exceptional. The rooms were clean and made up well. The free wifi was excellent and breakfast was good

Reception area has limited space although the limited size of the hotel does not provide much option

They coordinate the pick-up from and to male airport. As well as they contacted the resort directly to coordinate the schedule of the seaplane. The staff was very helpful at all times and is the best asset of this hotel.

We could hear the noise from the streets with our windows closed.

Quickly got to our rooms. Rooms clean. Felt safe.

The hotel was excellent. The location was perfect and very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. The staff were very friendly and professional, and their service was excellent. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was very clean and comfortable. It was convenient for a one night stay before getting on a boat. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Location Balcony Cleanliness Staff specifically their drivers

Bad mattress too softExtremely limited breakfast - no fresh juice, skimmed milk, or cereal (muesli)

welcoming and helpful staff, it’s near a souvenir store and small supermarket they are one minute away , there is also a noce cafe 2 minutes walking , the loppy of the hotel had a small restaurant , we ordered some food, they had a diverse menu and the food was delicious. the hotel staff prepared a to go breakfast because we had an early flight, it was more than enough and tasty. the room was clean , nicely decorated and had everything we needed except an iron

the bed was small but comfortable, the loud noise from outside until a very late hours. the ironing table was fixed inside the closet and the space was small to work with , in addition there was no iron

Cleanliness and facilities

Buffet is not 100% buffet since we need to order most items and the items kept in the table are less

Everything was flawless, our flight was 5 in the morning they arranged everything for us and even gave us a lot of breakfast .

Super friendly staff

very nice hotel, bright, clean room with balcony, air conditioning, small safe. We had an early flight, we were offered breakfast in the room an hour earlier than the standard time. In the bathroom there are toothbrushes and everything you need. Very nice staff on receiption.

breakfast was not very varied: toast bread with some sauce, a bun with jam and cinnamon, small cake, basically everything floury, plus juice and a banana. It would be great if there were eggs and a more balanced meal. Maybe it's different at breakfast in a restaurant. The safe doesn't fit a laptop, some sockets seem to need some repairs

Very professional yet friendly staff, extremely spotlessly clean room, nice restaurant in house with reasonably priced items, wide variety at the included breakfast including live egg station. Location is close to ferry terminal, shops, and hospital. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, ready to assist with whatever was needed.

It would be nice to have some body lotion included in the in room amenities along with the shower gel shampoo and conditioner which were very nice. There was some construction in the area and the noise travels into the room at times. I could also hear the door closing in the other rooms on my floor from mine. But nothing that made the stay unbearable or made me want to move to another place.

The location was great and it’s clean. The staffs were very kindly and helpful. Free transfer helped us a lot. Communication was good as well.

The LED-things in the room are too bright in the night.that bothered my husband a bit.

Marukab clean , neat hotelvery friendly and helpful staffvery good breakfast , also great burgher for supperVery good value for moneygood locagion for Male

Very friendly staff . They changed our room very fast when we realised that there are problems with the light. Free transfer to the airport .

Noisy , the windows should have better noise isolation. And breakfast .. could be better as well :)

The staff were outstanding from the wonderful young lady who picked us up from the airport to the great reception staff. Great location, nicely presented rooms with comfortable beds, pillows and amenities. Thank-you for a lovely stay.

The traffic noise from the street in the early hours of the morning.

Nice staff good service

To much motorcycle

Very convenient location close to airport, shops and restaurants. The staff go above and beyond to meet any of your needs. Free transfer from airport to the hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff even called arranged breakfast on the go for us as we were checking out early.

The property was super comfortable and we had a very good nights sleep before our flight home!

There was miscommunication upon our arrival so we had to carry our luggage to the hotel - luckily it wasn’t too far from the ferry port

The service was amazing! Felt very welcome! They gave us honeymoon inclusions last minute and the room was very clean. We’re also very grateful for the airport transfers!
