The location was easy to reach.

Considering the amount of money that I have paid, it was ok. I had also no great expectations. The hotel and staffs were ok and friendly.

Very well located, free airport transfer. Friendly staff, breakfast included but mostly: comfortable, clean, big rooms!

Food was very spicy. We ordered dinner from the restaurant, asked for non spicy food but end up being very spicy. Staff at breakfast were very kind and made us a non spicy omelet for breakfast as the majority of the options were traditional Maldivian food, very spicy.

Bcs its near the airport, the staff are very fast response and informative

Everything was very nice: the room, the view, the position, the staff and also the breakfast room at the roof .

The shower was a bit small

The hotel is very convenient as it’s located close to the airport. Includes pick and drop services which made our trip so much easier. The room offered a nice view and was clean and comfortable.The staffs at the reception and restaurant were very accommodating and pleasant always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was nice and the view from the 10th floor was quite lovely. Mizan did a good job at making us feel comfy.

The room was a bit small, but not bad for Malé.

If you are staying in Male, it’s convenient, very clean and easy

bed was comfy, bathroom was clean. the bell-boy who brought the luggage up was very smiley and polite. ac worked well and TV had internet capability for youtube etc.

the check-in process was extremely long. not sure if staff related or computer system is slow, but I arrived there after the check in time so I believe the room was ready - just the process itself took a very long time. The bed has some stains on the duvet cover which made it look like it possibly was not washed. the duvet cover was also torn in one area. the bed-board and fabric on the wall was dirty in a few spaces as well, which kind of ruined the comfort of the bed as the space then felt unclean. The location is good for walking to stuff, but the road is so narrow with cycles parked everywhere so many cars dont come through often which makes getting a taxi difficult at times. and when the car does come, it must block the whole road and no cycles etc. can pass by - causing traffic as you get into and out of the car and unload/offload luggage etc.

The service is warm and attentive, the rooms are beautifully designed with stunning ocean views, and the location is perfect for a peaceful getaway. The stuff made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking luxury and tranquility!

The staff were very friendly in reception and in the In House restaurant.The manager Mizan was very helpful in recommendations and travel tips for the city.I had a long day travelling and it was really nice to have the restaurant on the top floor for ease and comfort.

On this occasion, I had a long day travelling and had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes in a very long taxi queue to get to the hotel.The agency for the "Free hotel Transfer" spoke with me at the airport and then disappeared, After 10 minutes of waiting I joined the Taxi queue and hence the 1 hour and 20 minute wait time

I had an early flight and so the restaurant was not open, however the staff had arranged a take away breakfast.

The only issue that I had was the Hotel transfer from the Airport to the HotelOn this occasion, I had to wait 40 minutes for the transfer from the Airport to the HotelOn a previous occasion, I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes in a taxi queue

The property was extremely clean and the rooms were very well organized. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me organize various different tours.

I liked everything about the property, I do not have any complaints.

Location, air port transfer, view from the sea view rooms. Note that the balcony is the smallest I ever seen. 2ft by 3 ft enough for 1 person to just stand.

Cleanliness, we found a lot of hairs on the pillow and bed. Towels were dirty.

Location was perfect. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The facility was clean.

The property needs to be maintained better. The TV in the room did not work. The breakfast was not according to my expectation (did not have enough choices).

The location is nice and very close to the airport. Closed proximity to restaurants and other establishments. The restaurant on the rooftop has a beautiful view of the bridge and you can even plane spotting there during sundowner.

The guest house should clearly mention on booking.com their visiting policy. My relatives is staying in nearby hotel and my friend lived close by. I choose this place hoping that I would get to spend time with relatives when they visit me. With the impression that guest from outside can visit, unfortunately that is not the case. They will only allow you to meet either in lobby or at the rooftop restaurant. I felt like deprived of spending time with relatives or friends in privacy. When I asked the reception, all he can say is just it's a security policy but couldn't give a justifiable reason. I even asked, if it's because i only booked for single person... he said no, they don't allow 2 people or more staying or just visit the room which made me more confused. Additionally, the beef burger that I ordered for my late night dinner is just average. You will taste more vegetables than the beef patty filling. Breakfast is ok, couldn't complain about it. But I hope they will improve the food.

What i liked the most was the STAFF, they were exceptionally kind and mostly “ziman” he had a so much nice and kind smile all the stay. Also the airport shuttle is really good
