It was good but unable to get a la cart after arrival of our plane

More options for menu choice rather than only buffet at breakfast

Breakfast staff are nice, but still every small thing is a big deal for them, I couldn’t have dinner with my kids because the bar doesn’t allow kids, the pool bar was closed, the restaurant was closing but after explaining for half an hour they decided to bring us something. Everyone guiding in the wrong direction. Dinning at a hotel at 9 pm should not be that complicated!

The check in staff couldn’t figure out my reservation, although I had the confirmation and everything necessary, mentioned something that they can’t see it in their system, making me wait with my kids and miss the dinner time, restaurants closing, that lead to another unpleasant experience. Also it should be illegal to charge 400 euros a night for a hotel this level.

Very conveniently located if you are stopping over for the night and travelling to/from the islands. Comfortable beds and rooms are spacious, breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The service at the pool bar was very slow, on more than one occasion.

It’s a horrible experience and very rude staff!

The staff are very rude, and they refused to host us until 7 pm because they have full occupancy according to them. Even though we had a booking!!!

The staff are very friendly and gave us a wonderful service. I would like to commend Adnan who take good care of us from the airport to our room. He makes sure before he left us in our room that we are all properly and comfortably settled in. I would like also commend Iboo for assisting us in our check-out. Thank you for this 2 dedicated staff of the hotel.

Great location, acceptable everything else.

Extremely overpriced. This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel, and the only reason I may continue to do so is because it's a 5-minute walk from the airport. In all other respects it is a terrible value.

Spotlessly clean hotel right next to the airport. Shuttle service provided if you do not want to walk. Rooms are comfortable with lovely linen and a big bathroom with shower and a bath. Room service was quick and the food was delicious. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a huge selection. There is a beach in front of the hotel and beach loungers to relax on.

Arrived at night and left before breakfast that it’s served too late. At least they prepare a packet breakfast

Hotel is just next to the airport. Because no one met us so we had to walk with the luggage to the hotel

I booked the room through the booking, the payment did not go through, I tried few times, then I just choose option to pay at the hotel.No one met us at the airport ( I provided flight details to the hotel). We had to walk with the luggage to the hotel.At the reception we were informed that we have to pay in 2 times more, than the price I was booking for.Rooms look like from 90s

Near airport. Good bedsheets and pillows. Tv is very small. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. AC working fine. Buffet was poor, but menu was good ??.

Mascarades as a resort, terrible location, “beach” in a shipyard. 2 stars at best, 5 stars price.

This is a 3-star hotel in a 1-star location charging 5-star prices. Don't stay here, you can do better.

had to wait a long time for pickup, coach did not stop where the email told us to wait, could not walk as through a building site. Expensive for what it is, better options available, room was ok but smelt of mould.

The beach was disappointing, relative to what can be seen on the photos. While the hotel meets basic expectations, considering the beach and room quality the price/value ratio is very low. I am sure there are many hotels in Male area where the price/value ratio is much better. The only big advantage of the hotel is its close proximity to the airport.

Thought of everything facilities wise in the rooms. Great location very near to the airport. Food great, staff were lovely.

Having a room below the restaurant made it noisy due to chairs moving. Noisy corridors.

Handy for the airport

It was Ramadan, so the restaurant was fully booked. If we had been told in advance, that would have been good, as the room had been booked for months. We could have booked a table for dinner too.
