The fact that all inclusive didn’t mean all inclusive. We were limited to 3 meals , no extra food or snacks at the bar only drinks. The food is average overall and not that of a 5 star hotel. The facility is very limited , no activities such as pool activities or evening activities except for a DJ in the evening and a volleyball net. There was no music or vibe during the day at the pool or on the beach . The room was ok , the bathroom has no ac and felt like a jacuzzi , the mini bar is limited to beverages and Mars bars and one mini Pringles / day . Very disappointing. This is our 7th visit to Maldives and this was the one that least met our expectations.

Everything was superb as we were on honeymoon. The wifi is great, our butler Anshul was awesome ? and so helpful ?. I loved the fact that i could order more and more food from the main restaurant. We also won an award for the, "highest spender of the day” and our photo was placed on the advent calendar which we really loved ♥️ Everything was just great so we are urging all Ugandans and the rest of the world to choose Aadaran Prestige as they make every dollar count?

It was fabulous, food was 5 star. Everything was great and you have everything what you need.

Jacuzzi could be better looking. And pictures don't show that there is pool and nice jacuzzi.

Their hospitality was heartfelt, and they worked hard to meet our needs throughout the stay.•The Japanese restaurant was excellent—it became our daily go-to for meals that supported our nutrition goals while on vacation.•The setting was beautiful—classic Maldives: overwater villas, clear blue waters, and peaceful surroundings that delivered on the tropical escape experience.•Reservations were honored and handled efficiently, especially at the Japanese restaurant, ensuring a consistent dining experience.

•Strict and inconsistent dress code for men at breakfast and lunch—tank tops and sleeveless shirts weren’t allowed, while women could wear anything.•The gym was extremely limited, with minimal equipment—definitely not ideal for athletes or anyone looking to maintain a fitness routine.•Very few nutrition-friendly options, especially for guests with dietary restrictions like shellfish allergies.•Room service was not included, even during regular operating hours, which doesn’t align with the “all-inclusive” label.•Unpredictable weather made walking or waiting for a buggy inconvenient, yet room service still came with extra charges.•Miscommunications with staff led to repeated follow-ups to get certain needs addressed.

It was our last lag of holiday before we headed home and it was absolutely sensational. Afroz and I enjoyed our time as a couple. We were very well looked after. Thanks for the resturant staff especially Nuha and Sandiya made us so comfortable and ease with with beautiful and welcoming g smile. Nothing was too much of an ask. Miss you guys heaps.

We were in Room 805, the first room on the dock, next to the spa. This is a benefit if you don't want to walk or rely on a golf cart as some other reviews mentioned. I'd choose a little further down to have unobstructed views. The honeymoon suites will be in your photos but face out so it isn't like they are looking at you. The rooms are large! Don't forget to ask your butler to make reservations for you at the Japanese restaurant and restaurant on the beach. They are included options. Spa was lovely. Our butler Abdul was top notch. 100% recommend this resort.

All lunch and dinner meals and restaurants were excellent but breakfast wasn't that great. I'd also recommend more staff because one waiter was being ran around. He still did a great job but was beat.

The scenery of the resort was great but it was thanks to the nature, just a basic "equipment" of the Maldives.Most butlers were friendly and polite, but lacked a strong sense of responsibility. Our main butler only shared resort information when prompted.The food was generally good, except for the lunch on Friday, of which the taste was below our expectation. The Maldivian seafood dinner, offered occasionally once or twice a month, was pretty good.

Our stay here was magical. From the moment we arrived, everything was very orderly at the airport and with check-in. We really enjoyed our room and went snorkeling every morning which was amazing. Food did exceed our expectations. Staff and service were impeccable as was cleanliness.

Nothing not to like. The cost of water villas are high in the Maldives, I would say largely because of government taxes. But when you break down the daily cost of food and beverages as well as the experience, it is worth it. *Cruise ship guests may visit the resort. We found that they corralled by the pool and took up all of the loungers and hammocks. This was frustrating so I’d definitely recommend finding out if they’ll be there during your stay and to arrive at the pool area early if you plan to spend time there.

Gardens, restaurants and staff

The resort was straight out of a fairy tale. The room was amazing with its cleanliness level, its views and comfort. The staff was amazing and always tried to accommodate our needs. The food was amazing. We would definitely come back

Beach wasn’t really for swimming as there are lots of corals that can hurt your feet.Porperty is beautiful but outdated. It needs renovation.Breakfast was disappointing.

Location close to male and house reef. We saw alot of marine life including fishes, sharks, turtle, squids, sting ray. Best snorkeling experience Snorkeling gear is free for the stay. House keeping staff Mani is amazing he came to clean villa twice daily and also decorated on arrival. Restaurant waiting staff was all courteous specially Nalaka. Japanese restaurant service and food were great. It's a very small island for shorter stays it's good. Our butler Saurav was also helpful throughout. Sunrise villas has a view of beach , greenery of island and skyline of Male at night. I found it better than sunset villas. Spa is too good. Submarine experience was great.. unique activity.Overall a magical stay for first time in Maldives.

Check in and froht desk: On arrival Check in could be improved by giving proper information of inclusions. I found that i had a free sunset cruise on second last day when I visited to check the rates for it. However they put it on dolphin cruise instead and it was fabulous too. Queeny on reception was rude from beginning. When you spend so much money staff shouldn't ruin it for the guests. Also when I booked submarine experience someone told us the wrong time on phone for activity the boat was supposed to depart at 9.15 and they told us to be at reception at 9.30am.Food: Could add more variety to menu, felt it was bit limited. Villas: Are in need some maintenance and updating hot tub etc. You expect a bit better for the price and 5 star rating.

Fantastic bungalows, beaches, facilities. Loved fine dining menu for all the meals and sea food restaurant. It's a tiny island, but there is still a lot to do and see. From available activities, local garden, birds and other animals, not to mention snorkeling. Stuff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Christmas events where organized perfectly and food selection was breathtaking. Highly suggest for those who want to avoid long traveling from Male and large crowds.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent gourmet and plentiful. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Really appreciated the butler and restaurant staff. Would definitely recommend!

People leaving towels on pool chairs and not being present at the pool.

It was 15 minutes away from the airport. Very convenient for those who are having an early flight back like me. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. I never felt alone during my stay because they were always there to help and talk to me. They made my birthday more memorable. My butler Shiham was always one text away whenever I needed something, he was very helpful. I had also a great experience for my water activities like snorkeling with the nurse sharks. My personal trainer named Buti, was excellent and he made me feel safe always when I was swimming in the ocean. He even taught me how to swim properly for me to be able to have a great shots on my sharks encounter (the main reason why I went to Maldives is to experience this). One of the staff also named Ali always accommodated me and always made sure that I had the best experience in my whole stay. He always greeted me with a smile and asked me how’s everything in my stay and I appreciated that. I recommend this property as they gave me the best Maldivian experience ever. ?

I just liked the location, the Spa, and the diving center they are friendly

Most of The staff are rude and they are not friendly, the manager he is not polite too, and too many people were complaint.

Very under staffed. All staff members seem to be overwhelmed. Transport for villa rooms need to get improved. Especially if your water villa is further out. There should be a service just for villa transport.

Our Butler Abdul, The spa, Room, locationIt is very intimate, beautiful rooms. When they asked about our stay we told them we were disappointed and they listened and even offered us a gift which is very kind. But unfortunately for the amount of money we spent it was not worth it. I hope they change things around because it is such a beautiful resort.

Everything else, The restaurant, meals, their servers. Not good value for money. The food is not fine dining. The wait staff are not at all trained. They forget the orders and have to wait 40-60minutes for each course. It is 5 star price but not the service.
