Located right next to industrial waste island with direct views, don’t expect the typical palm tree paradise landscape, but rather cranes and huge logistics boats.

If you look for something wild and having the feeling about being lost in the middle of the ocean then this is not for you! The view is ruined by the pollution around. Big ships and the dumping island

Lovely staff —Raya and Ilsa and more. Everyone really. We had an over the water villa it’s a beautiful view of the sunset. The water is magical, and the fish are plentiful. If you love Marine life the Maldives are the perfect place and this resort was close to the airport and we were traveling from so far and it was a wonderful experience.

Its a very nice location with a lot of activities to do,rooms and overall resort facilities are very quite old and food quality is very average..i think its highly priced vs quality

Food and rooms cleanliness

Excellent meals though a trifle bland. Limited cocktails but the service and other facilities let us ignore the minor shortcomings.

At breakfast they could not serve coffee on three days as their filter machine had broken down or they had run out of filters (varying answers from the staff). They ran out of some fruits towards the tail end of breakfast.

The water villa we stayed in was top notch, the staff service was friendly and helpful and the facilities (restaurants and water sports) throughout the resort were excellent.

Room lighting could be brighter. Resort pools can be bigger.

The breach Villa room was great - quite, tidy and on the beach. Food was always of the highest quality and the events that the resort arrange was great to attend - allround great experiences. Went on the shark diving excursion - was amazing!Weather was great - snorkeled every day - the reefs around the island is amazing - like swimming in a aquarium. Will definitely go back again, and can be recommended to all!

Practically everything was perfect. The resort is beautiful, clean, the energy is incredible, and everyone is polite and kind. The entire process was very attentive from start to finish. The breakfast was delicious, with agreat variety. The spa is perfect, definitely the best massage of my life. The bar for watching the sunset is also worth mentioning, with a fantastic vibe.

The only thing I would improve, but this is a matter of personal taste, is the buffet food, which could have a few simpler options such as grilled dishes with fewer seasonings and sauces.

The sharks trip was 100% worth it.They offered a better room, but because the one they gave us initially was not beachfront as you see in the pics and expect from a Maldives hotel, it was a room facing a sandbank with a wall that we needed to climb if we wanted to reach the water.

It was my 4th time in Maldives, first time in Centara. All I can say is that the experience was just ok, not good or bad, but by far the worst compared to my previous 3 resorts.The staff is good enough but they are far from being great. They do not do anything in their hands to make guests experience memorable like the other resorts I've been, where the staff would go above and beyond to try to assist guests in any situation possible.We heard many times things like:"sorry actually that's not my job", "sorry I cannot help, you need to go and ask in reception (even if that means I need to walk 10mins from the villa)", "sorry I don't know". We were left unassisted many times, when in other resorts everybody was keen to help, escort us, guide us, or be proactive to find who can help.Strict silly rules like we can't swap breakfast for lunch on the last day is a good example of staff simply going by the rule and not caring for the guests. Yes, it's the rule, but what is the impact for the resort if we skip one meal (we paid for) to enjoy the other because our flight is at 9pm and that's a long wait without food? No difference for the hotel, but big difference for the guests. To compare, in Varu resort we had breakfast on the day of our arrival and they packed lunch for us on the day we left (even if they were not included), we didn't ask for any of it or expected them to do it, but they have a relationship manager who understands what can make the difference for guests without impacting the hotel. In Banyan Tree, they also gave us fruit and finger food for free while waiting for our late flight, we didn't ask for it but the gesture was appreciated. In Centara we didn't even get a welcome drink.

There were so many ants in the jaccuzi outside of the room, so we decided not to use. Maybe it is because it’s outside. However, the room was clean and we really enjoyed staying here. Thank you!

The quality of food, the choice of various restaurants (Italian, Asian, Arabic) and a number of options in them are great and impressive. The drinks are diverse and satisfy any taste. Activities, staff, cleanness, nature are amazing.

The close distance of an area/island with industrial constructions that could be seen at a distance, and along sand line/island that prevented to sea the horizon where the sky touches the ocean. Too few open endless views. Only 2 small beaches in the resort are meant for swimming.

Our stay at the resort was perfect. The staff were extremely kind and supportive from the moment we arrived until the day we left, making us feel truly welcomed. There were plenty of activities to choose from, catering to both relaxation and adventure, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The resort’s vibe was amazing, peaceful yet lively, and the food was exceptional with a wide variety of restaurants and cuisines to try. It was truly the best trip I’ve ever had, perfectly combining relaxation with entertainment. Highly recommended!

Beautiful room with an upgrade to a Sunset Room, very good food, excellent service (including lunch before check-in and after check-out due to our flight times), and great facilities.

All the staff was amazing and accommodating. Specially the staff in waves bar. Kudos to them for keeping us refreshed and well hydrated ?Huge thank you to Ranjan or rajan?! Haha sorry, I’m not good with names. Anyway thanks For keeping our room fresh and clean.

Nothing . Right from the airport ,Transfer and our stay . Everything was great .

If you're doing an all inclusive stay, the only benefit is the free flowing alcohol. All the bars love giving you drinks and refilling even before you finish your current one. The spa and dive team services are also great!

The food was horrible at all restaurants, most surprising was the thai restaurant. Given this is a thai property and staffed by thai nationals, thai food was the worst and the only restaurant with no thai speaking staff which was surprising. Even after mentioning we wanted thai level spicy food, we were served bland food. Other restaurants had very bland food too with almost no taste. The pizza was the only acceptable quality food.Another thing to note, even though we had "all inclusive package" it comes wit ts own strings attached; there's a defined amount of food, type of alcohol and timing when you can actually eat at the said restaurants. So technically not all inclusive.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. One of the biggest highlights was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff – especially Nadia, who is truly the heart and soul of this place. She always had a smile on her face and managed to organize everything we needed quickly and efficiently.The food was excellent, with a great variety of restaurants to choose from, offering something for every taste. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which was perfect for keeping up with my workouts during the stay.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!
