- Staff was very inviting and accommodating
- The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Helped with the airport shuttle and had a great breakfast. Rooms are smaller because I am a large person but extremely clean.
- Modern rooms, very nice staff.
Cons -
- We had one old towel with two big holes In it to share. The pillows were old and lumpy, the Dubai cover was ripped, there were hairs on the floor, the earplugs offered for the mosque noise were not delivered, food took a ridiculous length of time to come
- The room was very warm even on the lowest setting

We had one old towel with two big holes In it to share. The pillows were old and lumpy, the Dubai cover was ripped, there were hairs on the floor, the earplugs offered for the mosque noise were not delivered, food took a ridiculous length of time to come
