The beach is so clean & nice, we got room upgraded to sea villas with reasonable pricesThe shark tour is amazing.The food is also good with variety of choice, you can also enjoy free cocktail & snacksThis resort is really good for value

The resort seems to use automatic reply, which did not response my question correctly. Also, they should provide speedboat schedule earlier rather than just the evening before. (This will enable us to make better plan)

We would like to give a special thank you to Booty, the water sports instructor. He taught us how to snorkel and truly made us fall in love with the underwater world. His passion, patience, and positive energy made the experience unforgettable. He is absolutely wonderful, and we are incredibly grateful to him.

The check-in process took about an hour. We were assisted by Aisha. After a long journey, the waiting time felt a bit tiring.

Water was clean. My sister found just 1broken glass on the beachFood was variable and high quality. Everything scheffs cooked was increadible

There was lack of basic ingredients:-Chocolate-Varieties of jogurts: 1.5-9%There was no chocolate. Only chocolate souseThere was no jogurt at dinner timeThere were no fruits at snack timeThere were no jogurt at snack time There was no coffee machine (capuchinos are not included in the package)

Celebrated my anniversary in this wonderful resort. Worth it as it’s all inclusive! Sabina greeted us in the airport, she was very lovely. She give a warm welcome and good customer service! Ali from the restaurant serve as well, he knew instantly our favorites and serve us an anniversary cake without asking ?? also nabeen from the cocktail bar , he was soooo cheerful. Thank you to all staff who made our trip memorable!!!Chavana massage is a must try! Also swimming with the shark and rays is a one in a lifetime experience you should definitely book.Our first night was in the water villa, it had a glass floor to see the fishes, and second was the beach front which is also nice as it’s close to the resto and bar.There’s a lot of activities to do. If you want a fun night, BEACH PARTY goes on Friday and Wednesday. The DJ is amazing. Plus kareoke nights in most of the night.Make sure to try the seafood bbq by the beach, the lobster is great!Met a lot of friendly guest as well. As if they’re family. Overall 5 star experience ✨

Everything was awesome! ?The room was super clean and had everything i needed! Special thanks to Mohammed who went extra mile and organized a birthday surprise for me, room decor was the most emotional moment iv ever had. ?A bottle of wine was a best gift ever!The restaurant team also surprised me with a cake! To be honest, this is a birthday to remember!!The reception team,Hordy and the rest (cant remember the names were also very welcoming and offering top notch. From the airport transfer, everything was well organized in a professional manner! All inclusive package was worth it! The cocktail bar was one of my favorite places!!! Thank you so much to the whole tram team for making my birthday special. I will forever remember this great experience!!!!?❤️

The island is really green and nice. Beautiful reef! Amazing sunset cruise.

No pool and breakfast closed at 9:30 am on a Sunday. Water villa is a little bit old… maybe they should consider invest and renew them.

Overpriced for the transport and must be from airport even though I was in near by island but had to go to airport and then go back in the same direction to the resort

Great location close to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. Food was good each day with many options. Bobby and Bebo are great staff members who made our trip so enjoyable!

We stayed for 4 nights but didn’t get to experience the sunset cruise any night.

The island and sea were amazing. The room as well very clean and big. The food was ok, not really really good but ok.

Unfortunately the first 2 days it was a huge huge rainy weather and some water come into the room. Something the stuff didn’t understand English very well but they triato help you in any case.

The island is surounded by coralreef, there are 2 bars, 2 spa’s and a main restaurant. The doctor on the island is a plus!

If you have hard time to fall sleep there are different kind of birds in the island so they may cause some noise during night and you may find it quite difficult to fall asleep

Was in the Maldives, all inclusive package. My wife injured her foot and staff were very helpful.

Initial room had damaged front doors and one did not close and had towels on ground to stop draft.The bathroom -septic smelt and when the staff were informed the treated the septic with a chemical. Buffet was rotated and revamped Place was old and dated and disappointing for the MaldivesWe got a changed room due to injury and the room was cleaner-everything functioned -noisy fans ! Same music singer every night???Everything on island was USD so made everything expensive!!! Not advised that USD is the accepted local currencyWater sports equipment was cheap-snorkels and rentals too expensive No safe swimming area-why go to Maldives when you can’t swim in the water ?????Did not present as advertised! Luggage Staff just want tips-collected our bags and stood there, looking at us -didn’t even attempt to pick up a bag wanted a tip first -tips are a gratitude not handouts !!!

We took the all-inclusive package, and everything was great. Lunch, dinner, and breakfast were very well organized and included food for all tastes (kids and adults). Rooms are cleaned twice a day. The island is small and very cozy and you can cross from side to side in 10 minutes. Pristine waters with coral reefs accessible for snorkeling. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Overall a very nice atmosphere.

Not sure if it is the best place for families with small kids as there is only one small park with no monitors on the island and no pool. However, as a couple with 2 teenagers, it was a great vacation.

The beach area was great, the room was fine, and the food was satisfying.

We had an issue with the booking, and instead of solving it quickly, the staff kept us waiting for three hours at the reception. We ended up having just a one-night stay, so we spent half of the day at the reception, and of course, we had to pay for the stay. This was very unpleasant as we could have used the daytime to be on the beach or somewhere more pleasant. It was a very unforgettable and uncomfortable experience. Additionally, I must point out that the staff who welcomed us at the airport and invited us on the boat to go to the resort didn't warn us that the speedboat cost was not included in the price for the return trip. They should keep their clients aware of this. It's a concern.

Chef Sampoorna was a blessing for our specific diet needs, attendant Afrasim was most courteous, Bibo put a lot of love life and happiness in organising events he works very hard, our room was always clean and always kept up to date, environment is great. We enjoyed celebrating my husband's birthday here.

Some employees especially reception initially was not up to standard or what we would have liked but over the days it was ok. Cost of transfers was steep. Not many facilities.. gym, board games, pool table, updating the main restaurant and bringing in some premium drinks is desirable. Cost is almost same as some 5 stars. Bathroom very small surely. Can surely and easily do better

The island is beautiful, there are plenty of water sports to try and the staff are very polite and helpful.

The online communication prior to arriving at the resort. My emails were left unanswered and I had to chase the resort for a response. I asked on two separate occasions for a cake to be left in the room for a birthday celebration and was disappointed to find that nothing was prepared.

the Island is small you can circle it in 15 min, water was beautiful and also the fishes under whater, i newer saw so many,this is positive. Rooms need renewal , light switches for example are in strange positions, also the toilet and the paperholder was uncomfortable, you don't have bedside tables:), they clean the rooms 2 times a day though(less the 2 last days when they always came late so we were in the room and let it go) meals are ok lots of local cuisine but good.

staff unorganized specially in check-in and check-out and non open to client's need or request, they have polite standard answers for everything, maybe because they have strict rules to follow or don't want to waste time with guest

The location is superb, with the reef being so close to the beach.

We had money stolen from our room, close to US$1,000 and have not received any follow up since our stay on 2 Jan - 6 Jan 2024.
