    Pros +

    • Exceptional home made breakfast. Beautiful view of mountains and sea. Bathroom amenities- 2 vanity sinks and a jacuzzi. Bathrobes and linens trimmed with lace.
    • A beautiful hotel, amazing attention to detail in the decor and the breakfast was out of this world, home made fresh baked pastries, he even catered for my gluten intolerance
    • Lovely and detailed interior. The whole hotel is a piece of art. With eyecatching details from floor to ceiling. Our room was tasteful and clean. I felt as if every need I had, had been thought about in advance. Fridge had also complimentary free drinks each day. Friendly and hospitable staff. They had a personal approach to their guests. Each morning as you sat down for a rich breakfast, the owner of the hotel served you coffee and went out and beyond to make sure you had the best experience. One cleaning lady we met was shining with friendliness and warmth. It was an exceptional stay!

    Cons -

    • There is nothing to not like
    • I had much difficulty finding the hotel. The village is a maze of one way streets. To get to the hotel you need to go down one narrow lane and then immediately turn left and go up the lane parallel. Then you turn right as if going out of the village. The hotel is on the left and the street parking on the right. The credit card machine didn't work
    • No one on reception when we arrived at 1800Double bed despite requesting and reconfirming twin beds but dealt with promptlyTiming of lighting in bathroom, going off every three minutes when in shower due to activation by movement not within area of shower

Excellent boutique hotel with great view, beautify decorated rooms and delicious homemade breakfast!!! We extended our stay because we were really happy with this unique hotel!!!

    10P_chrisPosted on: 10-13-2023

The best breakfast! Everything was homemade and really delicious! The view from the room was fantastic! Both the hotel and our room were spotlessly clean and our bed very comfortable! The hotel is a family run boutique hotel with beautifully decorated rooms and is located close to the town center were you can find nice cafes, pastry shops and tavernas. The hotel owners are really friendly and do everything is possible to keep their guests happy! Great stay, for sure we will come back again!!!

Fine location with seaview downhill, lovely breakfast, with al local and personal touch, excellent! We were there in October, parking across the street was available. Communication through a translate app, functioned adequately.

This is a very good hotel and the management and staff were very kind. The breakfast was exceptional, something different each day and beautifully presented. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was very clean and a good size but a shower would have been more practical than a bath. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay, we stayed 6 nights which perhaps was a bit too much. It is very good value.

A lack of storage space and the room was quite small. It felt a bit stuffy at night.

Very well kept, very clean and well located. Breakfast was stunning, staff very attentive

    10IliasPosted on: 8-30-2023

The hotel staff was very kind, very nice rooms, very nice view, amazing breakfast. And the rooms, each with it's own style with beautiful colors. It was really nice.

A little discomfort that we had to be there exactly the time we suggested because there is no reception but this does not affect the review as it was our fault we were late.

The house is a real mansion, elegant and meticulous in its details. The owner is exceptional. Willing to help, guide guests. Breakfast excellent, thoughtful, makes you feel like a real guest of Mr. Antonis. The location incredibly convenient for walks in the village. I would choose to stay at this hotel again.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Greece , taking into account also the price . The room we have stayed had a nice view to the sea, with a small terrace , a big bed and a smaller one for the child and it was very clean ( cleaning done every day ). The breakfast was ok and the owner made some smaller changes when we have requested ( we asked for omelette instead of so many pastries ). The Wi-Fi inside the room was ok. What made the stay so great was the owner who was always very customer oriented , willing to help ( he even help us with a a car wash on a Sunday , before we left the place :) ). Great beaches can be found by driving for ~ 30 min . Parking was easy and nice restaurants near the hotel( you don't need to take the car ) . If I'll return to this part of Evia, definitely I'll choose the same hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, Kyrios Andonis was an excellent host and I've already suggested others to stay there. Homemade spanakopita was most delicious! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a small boutique hotel!

I can not think of anything to make our stay better! The staff went out of their way to please us!

Mr antonis was the perfect host. Was there for everything we needed and prepared a really delicious breakfast that we were served on our balcony . The room was renovated and had everything. We liked the comfy beds along with all other "small details" . The location was perfect right in the center of kimiIf you are in the area , I highly recommend it

Very good location, good level of comfort, rich breakfast, great staff and a wonderful host always making sure the guests are happy.

The decor of the hotel is beautiful and unusual. It is very clean and the owner takes excellent care of it. Good breakfast, nice location.

The size of the bed was a bit small for two people. The room itself was a bit on the small side.

    10StuartPosted on: 5-25-2023

Everything. Our room was exceptionally pretty yet not twee; lovely big balcony with views over the village and sea.

    nothing to dislike here

The owner Adonis is doing his best to give you a good feeling, The breakfast was very big and was ready especially for us at the time we asked, he even wrapped for us as T/A some food for the rest of the day! The bed is comfortable, the room is very clean, the heating works great and the view from the balcony is amazing.

A small problem with the sink & some maintenance issues in the bathroom - not something to bad...
