City was nice, food was OK. It was mostly clean except few parts of the room when we got there, but clening ladies were nice and come right to take care of it

Receptionist , management, and room.Day before arrival I find room, they said ground level view on garden. We got underground room with no view, no windows and no way to refund money. I had to point as fraud to my bank and booking to get money back.Only day light was glass door no mosquito net (hotel is bordering to swamp so a lot of them). Entrance is underground one meter and 3 sides walls under balcony so there was no light in room in noon.I asked Receptionist same day to change it to better, she said all is full. I asked OK then i pay for tonight but asked to refund 4 days i will leave tomorrow morning. She become so rude and aggressive, and told me its payed and i can leave but i cannot get my money. I asked for manager it was 9pm she said he is not there, i asked to see hem morning she said he will be there.Morning tomorrow rude receptionist was there she said she never promised manager she said maybe i can talk to him and if i want i can leave but they wont refund money.We took pictures recordings we left and complaint was accepted buy bank and booking.

Great location, good facilities, tasty breakfast, very kind staff. It was just a perfect holiday. Highly recommended.

We arrived really late and seeing we were not there, the hotel called to check on us and inform us how to get the key. The reception lady was really professional as well as Mr Thassos which expected us. The room was very modern. Shower with good water preasure. Breakfast was really nice with home made jam which my husband enjoyed very much. There were different options daily. The gardin is something we did not expected but it was like an oasis of plants. Beach bar had free beach chairs as long as you bought something. We ended up having lunch and the blonde server was also really friendly and polite. Didn t used the pool but looked cleaned. Parking spaces plenty. Tv easy to operate. Balcony good size and Ac fully functional. Beach is sandy.

Instead of instant coffee machine, a brewing one would have been nice

The property exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and is surrounded by a superb garden very well taken care of. The pool is also nice. The breakfast offers a large range of quality products, sweet and salty and changes something every day. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel. The beach is literally across the street.

Nothing !!

The receptionist – very kind, friendly, and always smiling. She welcomed us warmly and made a great first impression! Hotel close to the beach.

When we booked, we didn’t know the room would be on the ground floor. The photos on Booking.com show renovated and modern rooms, but ours was small, old, and had an unpleasant, musty smell. The fridge was very old and scratched, and the mosquito net didn’t work. Since the hotel is close to a canal, we had to keep the door shut to avoid mosquitoes – which made the room extremely hot, especially since the bathroom window didn’t open either. Cleanliness was below expectations.For our good luck we stayed only one night but for the price we paid the room was definitely not worth it

We only stayed for one night on our way to another destination but the hotel was comfortable and the staff was very nice. Hotel has a beautiful garden and nice pool and the location is quite good with easy access to restaurants.

Bed not comfortable and Breakfast should have had more variety, for example there were no olives. Only one type eggs.

What i didn’t like was the servis servisor not friendly at all, old man he speak just one language and was not good with us,

The most important, staff is amazing, friendly behavior. Clean, perfect location, nice hospitality.

Close to the beach, well-kept yard. The pool looked nice and clean, although we didn't swim in it. Cleaning was on a daily basis. The breakfast was correct - Mediterranean.

I wouldn't say that I didn't like something, but I want to say that the hotel is older, although partially renovated. The furniture and walls are old type. It seems outdated. The price at this time of the year is too high for this kind of hotel.

Cleaned regularly, big spacious rooms and overall calm vibe in the hotel which makes it quite pleasant.

WEAK WIFI :(

The facilities were ok and the rooms clean and nice.

Unfortunately the wifi here sucks. The stuff didn't even care to fix the problem.So instead of 5 points i will give a total of 3.Moreover, the beach was not as i expected to be.Not clean.

the location is perfect, the beach and the distance could not be better

the internet was bad, the signal connection with your own internet was bad. something stank from the closet where our wardrobe was, that the whole thing stank. but nothing ugly was felt in the room, only in the closet

The garden was beautiful. There are two rooms for a family. In one rooms could be a matrimonial bad. Is just a fridge in the room. The breakfast was quit good. (no greek food, olive etc.).The sea is approach and the the hotel has a bar and restaurant on the beach.

We don't like the smell of the washing powder on the covers. The walls of the rooms are ugly.It is a little bit old fashion. The air conditioner is old and noisy.

MOLD IN THE AIR CONDITIONER!!!I tried to contact the hotel several times about this issue but didn’t get answer till today.Poor quality breakfast, uncomfortable mattress in the room. No WiFi and zero mobile field strength in the room.

I recently stayed at this good apartment surrounded by lush trees, just a short walk from the beach. The location is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the pool area was clean and inviting. Having parking on-site made everything so convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable stay

Very cosy place, great for families and groups.Very sports oriented - volleyball games happening every day.

Hotel is close to the beach, has a nice pool.

The bathroom was not so clean.
