Excellent location! Amazing staff, great food at beach bar

Took a very long time for shower water to get hot

The location was excellent - just a few steps from the beach. Our room was very spacious and well organized.The pool area was lovely, while breakfast and dinner were average.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It would be nice to see some improvements in the food offer, as the selection was limited and the quality of the dishes not the best.

Toroni beach is crystal clear, the town is silent,wonderfull place for to get rest

The room was really underground, the only window were looking to undersurface of swimming pool ! we could understand this when we arrived there , such a surprise . At booking com website about the room detailes it writes " subterrain!!" After all this year this was our first " subterrain" room ... some people may not feel happy, to be fair room was comfortable..

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! I spent 5 days in a room without A/C and hot water! They refused to change my room keeping saying that the issue will be sorted out “today”. And they keep repeating the same for the rest of my stay. I was sleeping at 33-35 degrees Celsius every night, it was a nightmare. I asked for the full refund, even after a month - still no response from the management department. AVOID THIS HOTEL if you want to have a calm and peaceful vacation.

The beach is clean. There are chairs and umbrellas available on the beach for hotel guests. The hotel also serves food and drinks on the beach. The food at the hotel restaurant and breakfast is good and reasonably priced.

They played music on the beach. It was too loud and not appropriate beach music. It was more atune to club music, which I did not like.

I wanted to share our wonderful experience during our recent stay. Every member of your team was incredibly polite, kind, and demonstrated excellent communication skills.Upon arrival, we were delighted by a lovely surprise – an upgrade from a side sea view room to a beautiful sea view room. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunset from there. Additionally, we were offered two complimentary massages at the Spa Center, which were truly excellent and provided by professional therapists.The hotel's location is fantastic, with the added bonus of a private beach and complimentary sunbeds. We also found the breakfast to be outstanding, offering a great variety to suit everyone's preferences.We highly recommend your hotel and are already looking forward to our next visit.

In close distance to the beach

The pictures advertised in the offer are different to what we were getting. The bathroom looked like straight out of a prison cell and was broken, the bathroom door locked itself and had to be opened by a handyman. There was an overall very bad smell in the room and on the whole hotel area, it seemed like the plumbing was broken. There were other irritations as well like very old and used interior and a boring breakfast.The manager agreed in refunding us three nights (in writing) and we booked our flights back home earlier. After many emails and reminders we still did not get the refund and feel willfully scammed here. IVery frustrating to say at least. Do yourself a favor and book a different hotel. Also check the Google reviews in this hotel which give you a clearer rating than these booking ones.

I liked the view of the hotel, the food, the very communicative staff. It was a very nice experience. I will come back next year.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach of the hotel is really convenient.

The cleanliness. The room was dirty, there was rust, dust and mold especially in the bathroom. The pool was also dirty, the walls were green. The breakfast was very limited, not much to choose from, mostly baked goods not many fresh ingredients. The hotel doesn’t seem to deserve 4 stars for this. Also it was expensive for the standards we saw.

Great location just next to the beach. They have speacial place in the beach, you dont need to pay any stuff, just only food. Hotel has also swimming pool, jakuzi, sauna and steam bath. The staff was very helpful. Room was clean.

When we were staying, the ground floor of the hotel was flooded because of the rain. The electricity and tap water has gone. We stayed all day long unclean after visiting the beach, waited until the evening. I think the hotel infrastructure is open to development. And finally the breakfast menu is need to be increased by the quality and diversity.

Hotel position near the beach, bed was comfy, access to the poll directly from balcony, breakfast was good enough and various, parking place ok in a separate location, personnel very kind and focused.Very intetesting all electronic equipment from the room: lights, TV, cortinas.

Some of hotel parts need attention like shower sewer and from some people access to rooms from restaurant could be strange if people have dinning.

Near to the beach.

Unfortunately, we can‘t recommend this hotel. Like other guests, we became ill with gastrointestinal complaints two days after arrival.It seems that there are considerable problems with contaminated drinking water. In addition, the bathroom was in a desolate state. Black stains (mould) everywhere, some of which were simply painted over.There are loose cables hanging in the pool and stank around that area.It is absolutely baffling to us how this hotel can have 4 stars.Due to the unhealthy conditions, we feel compelled to give it a negative rating.To all hotel travellers, take care of your health and avoid this hotel.

Big modern looking room, comfortable bed, balcony view, near the sea (across the street from the beach), nice pool, polite receptionists and other staff.

We are of the opinion that more attention can be paid to food hygiene. Also outside you can smell incessant sewer odor.

The staff was very nice and welcoming.It was nice that there were sun-beds and umbrellas reserved for the guests of the hotel free of charge.

We had paid for a premium room, but we could barely sleep in there as there was so much outside noise from the ACs/ventilation of the other rooms. When taking a shower, the shower cabin would fill with water almost immediately. On top, there was something like a mini lake forming in front of the hotel, especially in the evenings, probably from the clogged draining system. There was also a nasty smell coming from it, which made the breakfast very unpleasant.

We have also experienced food/water poisoning over the last two days at this hotel. We did not drink water from the tap, but we are pretty sure they prepare food and wash dishes with the same tap water!More and more reviews have been posted in the last few days for this hotel, and not for the neighboring hotels (I have checked). This clearly indicates a problem specific to this hotel and not a virus in the area, as the hotel claims. There is sewage water in front of the hotel most of the time, accompanied by a horrible smell, which may be contaminating the tap water. Additionally, there is mold in the room and bathroom (photos attached).They advertise this as a 4-star hotel, which is a scam in my opinion. They have two separate buildings—one is comparable to a 2-star hotel and has nothing to do with the other building. If you complain about your room, they ask you to pay the difference to be moved to the other building, as mentioned in other reviews.This hotel is not worth paying $150 to $400 per night—not even close. I hope local authorities take action soon! Found this number for customer complain Greece # 1572 which I will try Monday, do not know if is the right one.

Very close to the beach. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was amazing.

There was a smell around the pool area that needs urgent attention. The wi-fi was also cutting out.

It was close to the sea

It was untidy, the TV was working too slow, the cleaners would enter the room to clean even though you’d tell them not to, the breakfast was tasteless and the parking lot was not as safe as described, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all and moreover take in consideration the fact that you won’t have any pharmacy or hospital nearby. The coffee you drink at breakfast is salty because they use water from the sea, so you will have to pay extra to have a decent coffee.

The staff was very kind and friendly.The location was wonderful.

I was accommodated in a different room, not the one which was shown in Booking app.The bathroom was uncomfortable and not clean enough .

The location was very pretty a few steps to the beach . The hotel had everything you needed. Staff were all lovely nothing was to much trouble always greeted with a smile and asked how you were .

The only thing would be the lack of taxis to get to other areas .
