Great staff, location and perfect weekend gateway

We’ve arrived late in the evening and we’re hoping for a tea unfortunately no one was able to provide us milk, wee milk sachets or milk available in the room would be a perfect touch ! The only thing that could be improved, during our stay when we asked for our room to be cleaned (54) as the dirt/dust from the cliff in our bathroom was falling off no one cleaned. Understandably that’s gonna happen but if the staff is there to change towel they could’ve at least brushed the floor.

We love this hotel! We were in town for a hockey tournament, and it was very close to the rink. The breakfast was delicious every morning, and something we all looked forward to. The staff was wonderfully accommodating, and made our stay super special!

We chose the property because it was close to the hockey rink where my son participated in a hockey tournament. The staff was helpful.

I thought the property could have been cleaner. The beds were not comfortable. Staff brought new towels once and cleaned the room once out of our 5 nights stay. The hallway floors did not get cleaned.

Lovely hotel set into the hillside. Quiet location. Clean & comfortable rooms. Private carpark. Lovely restaurant on site. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel ok breafast to improve retaurant ok but waiter to subtitute with more motivated staff.

Staff not happy to welcome foreign customer particularly in restaurant.Customers arrived after me and several time served before me!!

Excellent , very helpful and kind staff, beautiful interior design, breakfast was great , very nice location and restaurant in the nature. They offered me a bottle wine and vegan crisps in the room as a present. Everything was amazing.

We have booked a room with balcony or terrace, but it was not really like this.

Excellent location (a short distance from the city), the architecture of the hotel was nice (unusual).

The bed was small (they didnt have a baby cot), breakfast was below average (small selection)

The staff try hard to make the max out of a bit dated establishment. The location is good, near the city centre. Excellent parking right outside the reception and the restaurant. Generally quiet neighbourhood. The TV remote worked fine! Complimentary bottle of wine and a pack of chips in the room :-)

The carpets do need good cleaning. The tub should be exchanged - enamel peeling off reveaíing black spots of metal. Little room for personal belongings and clothes. Top floor rooms get noisy when other guests are loud on the lower terrace. Breakfast okayish.

Lovely built Hotel direct in Mladá Boleslav oldtown, with impressive architecture, lovely details. Very clean Hotel and room, impressive bathroom, friendly staff and very good breakfast buffet. Parking lot direct in front of the Hotel. Absoulte fantastic, not one piece for negative critism.

Bad

I was a very unpleasant choose. Hotel is placed in nice place and at the first view it looks nice, but reception was very lax. Room was with dirty in the bathroom, small soap bottle only for one person even we was two, the bed mattresses were still moving and hotel restaurant was closed at 10pm even they have information that open until 11pm and noone wasnt able to be open to provide some room service. And price for 2persons for one nigth was same like in great hotel at the main street in Lisabon. So what to add :/
