I had booked an extra night here following a weekend organised by Croatian friends at this hotel. I wanted to enjoy the sauna facilities at leisure. As it happened the hotel also gave me a better room for the night I booked through Booking.com. We were very happy in the hotel but I'm sure it is even better in the summer when one has a chance to appreciate the outdoor facilities and beautiful scenery.

The hotel is large and its facilities are quite spread out, so it felt as if one was often walking along long corridors,

loved the room, breakfast was nice, we were not with kids, but the hotel is also meant for families. I dont know how it is, when it is fully booked.

The pool area needs to be updated soon! the hotel is nice, but we would not come back because we did not like the indoor pools. Its outdated

Therme opened until 23 at weekends (hour should be further extended to 24 as in the past), it is only way to avoid crowd (incl. families with very loud kids)

Very packed with families and kids, so anything around breakfast / dinner and pools during "family hours" is not approachable.Remains a bit expensive

Amazing location, friendly staff , food was exceptional , spa and thermal waters very good.We needed this vacation for clearing our minds and just enjoy life.Beautiful experience overall.

Everything was good, there was not a single thing to complain about.

The room was very big and clean. The hotel is very nice and also the stuff is very friendl! The food was excellent, a lot of different food every day.

I asked if I could keep the room longer on Sunday.I was told I had to vacate by 11h00. I would have liked to do a bit of fitness, swimming, and a couple of hours in the sauna, but without the room it was impossible to manage.Once I had checked out of the room, with luggage already in the car, I was told there was an option to prolong the room until 14 or 18. For customers that have repeatedly come to Tuhelj, I find this a very poor and disrespectful service. I will start looking for other options.

The food was great, wellnes zones at the swimming pool were great, cleanliness too, the rooms were cosy and the bathroom was excellent.

Spa was too crowded after 9pm

Friendly staff, clean and big room with comfortable pillow on bed, good free WIFI signal at Hotel Well, lot of choices in tasteful food during breakfast and dinner. Also loved free hotel towels and robe for indoor polls and 25m olympic pool with lanes for swimming:)

Bad signal on LCD TV in room, at bathroom toilet bowl was not working properly. During our stay we had rain outside, couldn"t take any stroll unfortunately, location would be hard to find without car navigation.

Almost everything. The spa facilities are good, the room was very warm and comfortable, the staff was helpful, the room was cleaned also later in the day when we vacated it, there was a free bottle of water every day.

The meals and the organisation of the meals. Some dishes in the buffet were very nice, but some really not, pasta overcooked (or left to stay too long), fish overdone and very dry, etc.). No proper orange juice at breakfast. The organisation of meals was confusing, one evening drinks wine and beer was free, the other we had to pay, some dishes made in front of us were set to be only for "a-la-carte", etc.

The property is perfectly settled into the countryside scenery. Very comfortable rooms. Staff generally polite and helpful. On arrival, we got a complimentary upgrade to a premium room with a balcony. Spa area very calming and my favourite part of the hotel. They serve a very tasty tea.

I was travelling with my mother who has trouble walking and the problem was that the room was very far away from all the facilities.

Overcrowded over weekend. Don't recommend visiting Tuhelj over weekend or public holiday. Did not enjoy weekend stay.Staff does not work well under presure. If everything goes well, they work OK, but if something goes wrong they don't get direction from management and they don't work well

Food is excellent. All kind food for anyone. Fast adittional services. recepcion desk on disposal and very kind.

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. We had an upgrade. On our arrival we were checked in by a very nice and friendly receptionist Mario.

It is hard to get there with a bus. The site says that the bus rides there every day, but on our day of the arrival (it was a public holiday) there were none.
