    Pros +

    • Perfect location, well maintained and noise was minimal, not disturbing during the night. Staff is helpful and they've tried to refill everything at the earliest. Snacks were surprisingly delicious.
    • It was a perfect facility & their staff is professional in their attitude& prompt support action. Many thanks goes to Mr. Dian, Adrian & mela for their tremendous support given to us during our staying. They exert their efforts to help us & others as well during this period.
    • Quite ok, with small changes can be much better

    Cons -

    • The difference between the taverna and the main restaurant area is confusing, we were not aware that a reservation is required for the taverna in advance. As we stayed only for one night, therefore we could not try the menu in the taverna.
    • Just only location since it just little far away from Athens downtown.
    • Needs a little bit of renovation, more TV Channels for tourists (there are only 6 channels in greek and 1 Italian) or even better invest in Smart TV with youtube etc, coffee and juices are awful, better variety of food (especially on breakfast) is needed (staying there for 1 week with the same meals is quite hard)

All the staff!! without exception, always polite, friendly good people and willing to help in every aspect of any accomodation and service you may need.they main reason I ll revisit the place. Comfortable spaces , large gardens, clean, all inclusive is not stingy like most all inclusive hotels even 5stars in the nearby area?

The french people from group travel agencies, put hotel towels mostly ,early in the morning (7am) in every sun loungers without using them all day. After an hr or so, the hotel must empty these towels, so the rest of us can accomodate too! Most of them, even double reserve pool and beach loungers!!so it's hard to find seat even with so many large areas the hotel provides. These known habits some people have ,can easily be arranged though from the hotel management ,as many hotels abroad do To these cases? Dinner must have more choices but again the staff find solutions if you ask.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is very good! Pasta is amazing!

Animation can be better, especially for kids.

    Nothing really.

Very poor quality, in terms of everything even internet only worked in the lobby. Rooms are not clean, buffet is very poor with very limited choices.

    Very friendly staff, great location

Food was poor, facilities were tired, couldn't use the pool before 11am and the pool was cold. Use of hot tub or spa area cost extra

Great staff all round.Clean rooms.Pretty grounds.Attentative service.Helpful staff.Clean grounds.Mostly good food. Beautiful views. The frog in the pond :)Locals in and around pitta and grill restaurant.( really good food and staff) off site not connected to the hotel.New owners and i met one (very nice gentleman) and speaking with him i get the feeling the place is only going to get better and better. Id love to be there at peak season so anyone reading this planning a trip id highly reccomend the resort. It was my dads first holiday in over 20 years and he returned home a new man from good food and rest so thankyou to everyone @kinetta beach resort.

Not hotels fault but lack of scooter rentals. We went at beginning of season so most services were unavailable but this is not a complaint as i understand.Taxi prices are extortionate!!!! But thats not hotels fault either.

Nothing. it was terrible and i wish i had never spent my money there. Literally nothing good to say about this place or the staff at the reception or the room itself which was revolting as well as the food.

The room looks NOTHING like the foto i saw on the site, which is also the fault of Booking.com really. The room was small and filthy. i had hairs on my pillow and sheets. There was a second room in the "family room" of which the door is unable to close! it hits the tiny bed in there and cannot be closed. The matrasses if you can call them that, were terrible and gave us both back aches. Also, there are no electricity outlets to use other than one! which is also not near any bed. There was so much noise at night and the property did nothing about that either. One of the worst stays of my life. Unreal this place. It's not a hotel at all. it's rooms around a pool and near the beach and nothing else. There was no coffee or tea even in the room, which was not mentioned in the online details about this place.

Nice clean and on the beach. We were off season...over all it's a great site and very good for families! The children are happy here. The food is ok and with many options to choose from. It's recommended!

The Goole map location is wrong on booking....the hotel is located on the beach and not as shown on Google maps location link from booking!

the location was good, the sea very nice and quiet area. the food was very good specifically the meat and salads.

BUGS!!! spiders, bugs, nests, a lot of bugs in the rooms over 200 of them on walls, ceilings, floors. First of all - the rooms were so dirty it was unimaginable, with marks from other guests killing the bugs everywhere (I mean everywhere), and spiders nesting all over the corners of the room, I needed to clean myself everything. The cleaning is done very poorly, they barely wash the floors and everything else doesn't even count. In the bathroom every day there was a "club party" of flies and other insects - more precisely over 200 of them and this is even after the hotel staff only gave us bug spray as a solution and I was using it 5 times a day. Imagine showering and them crawling on your feet - exactly what was happening every day. The staff has had for a lot time about this issue and the only thing they are doing only after you request a lot is give a spray and that's it. I was washing my face with the sink and counter full of dead bugs every day and the cleaning ladies were just leaving them there for me to clean. Even a person who is not scared of them will be disgusted about what is happening in this hotel.

The lunch reservation lump option at the adult pool was terrific, and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us and treat us fantastic!

We were so excited to visit this property and we’re looking forward to the all inclusive options however, we weren’t expecting all of the feline friends participating in all of our meals and jumping on tables while we were eating. This wouldn’t be that bad however I have a cat allergy and was very uncomfortable.

The hotel is 15-20 min walk from the train station, otherwise in the middle of nowhere, nothing to see around. We were there for work, so it didn't matter much to us. Food was ok, varied enough. View from terrace was good.

The room had nothing to do with the pictures shown for a double room - ours was much older and the bathroom (especially the shower) were in rather poor condition. The shower kept randomly falling on us and i had bruised toes/fingers. There is a thing with greek hotels - no bloody plugs around the beds. And bedside lamps - in this hotel there was one on only of the sides? Towels were changed daily, which to me is annoying, as it's a total waste of water. I've used the towel once, no need to wash it without me asking, thank you.

very little to like other than it was cheap and clean. does the bare minimum to be able to say its an all inclusive venue. so basics covered in terms of clean and presentable but thats about it.

everything was done as cheaply as possible. small plastic (non re-usable) plastic cups for everything. watered down beer, snack bar that runs out of food. minimum effort to do anything. flourescent lighting in the canteen (cannot be called a restaurant). ought to be amazing as facilities good, but in the interest of maximising profit for minimum effort every expense spared.

    6AnisaPosted on: 9-8-2024

The sea and the beach.Staff at the snackbar were very friendly.

The whole resort is concentrated to French people, and they never stop coming. Nothing against French people but it would be very nice if entertainment was on english at least. Most of French people act like they own the place, they are loud and very messy and staff is letting them be like that, almost as if they must have special treatment. If you go here you will feel like you are in some kind of a cult and won’t feel like you are in Greece. If you don’t have a car to occasionally leave the resort and actually see Greece, you won’t have a nice time. You get free sunbeds and sunshade, but there is not enough, and people take them so early in the morning that even at 8am you won’t find a free one, especially because they take way more than they should, so you will find yourself at a snackbar wasting time because you can’t enjoy the beach.I was here for 10 days, and every single day the breakfast was the same, not even a slight variation (eggs, tomatoes, sausages and beans). If you don’t eat pork you should be very careful, because they make eggs on the same plate they make bacon. Sometimes it won’t say something contains pork.Wifi is almost nonexistent, buy an e-sim or physical sim card with lots of internet.

We had an amaizing time! Enjoyed every moment. The staff abd the service were excellent and they made sure that we enjoy our time there! The room, pools and open air strand were incredible clean. The staff cleaned everything in the mornings. The food was very nice and very tasty. The only thing that we missed my sister in law has lactose tolerancy and lactose milk was not available, we bought it in a kiosk. Also, for the glutan tolerancy bread was not available but it was not an issue to eat tssty gluten free foods.

We cannot say anything that we did not like. Top, top, top were everything.

great location, very quiet place, the water in the sea is beautifulgood choice of food

the beds in the rooms are small and uncomfortable, the sunbeds and the beach need to be renovated

Great staff, lovely resort, room close to sea.

Only 1 el. socket in room. More sunbeds by the sea would be great.
