Spa facilities were nice and services were excellent

Some aspects of rooms and common areas were dated or not the nicest, could be time for some renovations

Clean, delicious food, comfortable bed and pillows. The chambermaids are very polite and helpful.

There was no small size bathrobe for the child.

A lobby bar with pool tables, games, a night club, stores, a restaurant, all in the hotel. Nice pools

A bit pricey, the 5th floor restaurant was kinda expensive but the food wasn't good at all

It is an old socialist sanatorium turned into a SPA hotel. There were no towels, no bathrobes for the children. The staff was rude. I was expecting decent spa, but was disappointed. I do NOT recommend.

One of the old, but very well maintained hotels in the area. Renovated with a touch. Lots of art hanging on the walls. The paintings are pleasing to the eye when you walk around the spacious common areas. Room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast we had was rich and had something for everyone's taste, no matter whether it was salty or sweet. Coffee was espresso, and it was tasty! The indoor pool and the spa facilities were very clean and relaxing.

Only 1 (out of 4-5) small outside pool was working and it was extremely hard to fit all the guests who wanted to try it. This is a huge disadvantage for a hotel located in the area with the hottest mineral waters in Bulgaria and is the reason I give this rating of 8. Here on booking it is not mentioned that the outside pools are empty of water. The bathroom in our room was so small, that i hardly managed to use the sink to brush my teeth...

For a 5 nights stay we were without aircondition 3 nights. They don't provide additional towels for the pool or SPA as in every other Spa hotel in the world. If you want you have to pay for it.Breakfast and dinners were so-so. I don't recommend dinners, for the same price or lower you can eat in some nice restaurant just 500-600 meters from the hotel.

The mineral pools and hot tubs are amazing! Park around the hotel and a view from the windows are amazing! We like our stay in the hotel so much!

Too expensive for what it is. The outdoor pool entry ( thermal Jacuzzi area) has slimy, dirty green carpet/artificial “grass”. This artificial green grass is not a smart decision in a water area. It collects dirt, it is slimy and it is very slippery. That area is also not cleaned by the hotel, even though we mentioned to the receptionist it was very dirty. The edges of the pool are also dirty

My familiy and I stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and yard, and it was absolutely perfect. The room had everything expected — all the necessary furniture, curtains, TV, high-quality toiletries, and a luxurious bathtub. The beds were especially comfortable, and on the balcony there was a table and chairs — the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view.The corridors were well maintained, with a nice, clean atmosphere, and everywhere you look there is a touch of art that adds charm to the hotel’s ambience.The external pools are excellent and cater to every need. There is even a dedicated pool for children, kept at just the right temperature — not too hot, not too cold — so they can enjoy swimming for longer without getting tired.The staff was outstanding — very welcoming and attentive, from the reception to the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant, the food was excellent, with a variety that pleased the whole family.Overall, Hotel Hisar Spa offers everything you could want for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, making it an ideal place for families and travelers alike.

Nothing really, very minor wear and tear of the furniture and surroundings but that is no issue at all.

I was pleasantly surprised, in many countries there are various hotels that that play the star system and at some point the hotels may have complied with the specifications, but more often than not it is just a 3+ star at best. But here I was pleasantly surprised that it was a hotel that complied with the specifications of a 4 star both in service and facilities.

Breakfast is excellent as well as dinner as we have a half board. This is second time, earlier we have been in 2017, same good as in 2017. It is definitely best hotel even better than others with 5* in Hisar

On weekend days can extend breakfast time till 11h

It is a perfect facility for recreation and rest. It has a marvelous SPA center, swiming pools (inside and outside) full with mineral water. The water is famous with its curing abilities, which is a big advantage.It is situated in such a place, close to most of the mineral springs, which is another advantage of the property.

We stayed in a room in the standard wing of the hotel. This part still has the spirit of the old Soviet times and it needs renovation. Some of the wallpapers in the room were peeling off. The room should provide more for the price we paid .Some members of the staff were looking fed up with their job. In one of the departments we were welcomed by a staff member eating cookies and explaining about the procedures. She couldn't stop eating for the whole time.

The indoor swimming pool was excellent, just the right temperature for swimming and very clean!

I like thw hotel rooms and spa pools and relax zone. 2 kind of Spa with children and without. The rooms were completly quiet and the silence was everywhere. Has night club inside, very good for night fun.

No reservation for every guest in the restorant without reservation in the same day.
