The hotel has everything needed - nice rooms, middle-sized SPA, comfy breakfast space, an elevator, and the location is great.

I was literally pissed off to see that the reception price was lower than what Booking offered to me (and it was a discounted price even!). Besides, breakfast in the hotel is boring with low variety, there are no hangers in the bathroom for the towels, neither a way to dry out your bathrobe after using the pool.

The location is perfect - in the city centre. There is big parking lot. The cleanness is extraordinary. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The pictures above the bed are very unpleasant and scary. It was strange to me that there are no towel hangers for drying them, there were few in the bathroom but it is not a good place to dry something. The air-conditioner was very noisy.

Breakfast was excellent. Excellent personel. Restaurant always excellent. Massages by Mr. Kovochev were excellent and very professional. Checkin/checkout were rapid and easy.

Bathroom has a number of leaks including shower, toilet sink. The television needed to be moved to use the mirror. The carpet seemed rather worn and may need to be replaced.

Great location, everything to see and visit in Hisarya is within easy walking distance. Nice room with very comfortable beds. Staff were polite, and breakfast was good; with nice variety of options. Spa facilities were very good, everything worked properly; with the natural hot mineral jacuzzi a real star.

Would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. No sockets near the bed for charging. Room lighting was 'romantic', but needs to be brighter to shave and apply make up, especially in the bathroom. Bathmat in the shower please, very slippery and potentially dangerous.

Staff were excellent, always helpful and excellent at everything they do..Rooms were very good, Spa centre was also good.

The Spa centre can become a little bit overcrowded at times.

Hisarya is clean and quiet place to stay, especially if you have to do some work in Plovdiv, or just to relax.The hotel is small, clean and pleasant. The spa is medium size, guests inside were friendly and pleasant to talk to. Food is very good, especially for the prize you pay for a double room is little bit less than in the large hotels. The hotel is situated right in front of a beautiful chirch and next to the ancient baths , where you can also have hot water.

The big king-size bed was very comfortable.

There was no balcony indeed where you sit and drink something with pleasure at the end of hard day. Something in the room was broken and informed the staff meanwhile. The first night of our staying decided to eat in their own restaurant and after an hour waiting for the dishes , the food was overbaked , burned and have a bitter taste and cancled the meals!

The staff was very polite and upgrade our room as we could book on the site only one room in the attic. The breakfast was good, but has not change any thing for all the 4 mornings.

Shower leaks water onto the bathroom floor. This is a nuisance and dangerous as well. This needs to be fixed.

The horror tv if I can called it that blocked all the mirror.. such a useless device . Bad lighting in the room very dark. Very scary pictures hanging above bad! that all family was in shock watching details of the paintings.

the relax zone is great. clean and comfortable. excellent location. very great and tasty kitchen at the restaurant + nice prices.

some of the staff at breakfast were asking me to sit on a dirty table, so that they don't prepare one more table for lunch...

Restaurant is an absolute 10, everything is delicious and they have some really fancy beef and duck dishes. Rooms are nice and it's quiet inside. SPA centre is comfortable and really clean.

It was my third visit and my first was in 2012, there are some things that need to be repaired, replaced but overall for the years that the hotel worked has been maintained very good. The only really annoying thing is the church bell that is on the other side of the street its bell is automatic and it wakes you early in the morning and in the afternoon.
