Nice roof top terrace with great views of bay in kalkan, my only downside was the stairs but that is because I have bad knees

As I said in previous comment the only personal thing was lack of a lift either than that could not fault lovely family run hotel nothing too much trouble eat their a few times food excellent and value for money

The location was good, it was a 5 minute walk into town, the walk back up hill wasn’t enjoyable but a cab back from town was about £3.

Staff were not very helpful, upon arrival they had no recollection of my booking which meant I had to stay in one of the self catering rooms and not in the main hotel.

The hotel is run by different generations of one family. It is awesome to see them all working together and they are all lovely people, who make you feel right at home. The food is very good, and we were lucky enough to join a Lamb-shank Sunday cook up. The view from the breakfast terrace is breathtaking!

The hotel is high up on the hill but there are many taxis that can take you to and from where you need to go.

the people next door room constantly smoked which made our room smell of smoke if we wanted to sit on the balcony.

A mix of traditional style and decor but with updated bathrooms and aircon. Staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Sound travels quite a bit so not the quietest place. The pool is pretty small and all sun beds already reserved with towels. We didn’t use the pool and went to beach clubs

Breakfast is nice. It is about 300 meters from bus station. Every room is with a private terrace with great view. Swimmig poolis open from 9am to 7pm.

Swimming pool can be closed 1-2hours later.

The aircon made a really loud noise, the breakfast included was the same most days and quite basic

The accommodation has really nice pool area with sun beds, amazing views from the roof terrace where the breakfast is served, nice rooms with clean sheets and towels.

Very clean, friendly staff, price value ratio is excellent. The view from the room is spectacular!

Had homemade pide which is made to order. Great breakfast on roof terrace. Got upgraded for free to a studio. Would definitely come back. Lovely owner

The wifi reception was a bit problematic on the higher floors of the building and the tv channels were limited

Wi-Fi in come locations wasn’t great, but not an issue, and room was a little tired so some redecoration would be ideal, but again didn’t cause any issue, room was still very comfortable.

Such a pretty little hotel! From the warm welcome to the beautiful views couldn't fault this hotel! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was lovely and other meals we ate were excellent. Room was clean, tidy and modern. Book the sea view rooms if available because the views are truly stunning ??

Nothing to dislike, excellent value for money!

The family that run the hotel , really do make it welcoming and you get to meet all the family including ruby the dog . Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere and easy to mix and enjoy the other guests company . Will return
