The receptionist when we checked in was very kind and helpful he addressed our concerns. Overall appearance of the room was nice.

Wife nearly fell off the toilet as the seat was not attached which leads me to think lack of cleaning. Black flakes came out of the jetted tub. We couldn?t use the shower because the drain didn?t work and overflowed. No door on bedroom

The room was not cleaned for the 3 nights I used. I found bugs in the room and asked that the room be cleaned, yet it was not cleaned. bad experience

Location was convenient, staff were nice

The bathroom (shower portion) smelt bad, toilet didn't flush well and was not clean upon arrival, wifi was terrible, cellular service was bad, bed was uncomfortable, walls were super thin, at one point there was no running water.

purchased in-room sauna. Instructions were minimal. When I tried to use the sauna, it did not heat up. I had minimal time to use the sauna, and because of poor instruction and poor circuitry, I never had occasion to use the sauna I paid extra for.

It was clean and quiet with a great buffet in the morning

We ordered dinner in their restaurant. It was very delicious.

Sometimes( especially during dinner hours)pool area smell extremely bad. Probably sewage smell.

It's okay. I will stay again HOWEVER...

A/C was full of dust, and the bathroom with mold, I had an asthma attack due to breathing in all that on the first night. It is a good place just to spend the night, nothing else. No complementary soaps or coffee/water, and no mini fridge. Should be more cheaper.

This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond. The location was easy to find yet in a very quiet, wooded location. I was delighted to learn that we would be in one of the amazing, one-of-a-kind suites they built on site. Each building was a completely different, unexpected design and was modern, comfortable, and placed to take advantage of the view into endless woods. Kudos go especially to Lynda at the front desk who went out of her way to not only straighten out our arrival reservation but, when we did not have a reservation for dinner,- it turns out it was a special festival weekend in town and most places were booked - spent a loooong time on the phone calling local restaurants to find a lovely area restaurant for our party of four. The grounds of the hotel were designed to take advantage of the wooded location, with fish ponds around the property. There were tables and benches in public areas outside where one could spend quiet, private time - I used my computer one afternoon, enjoying the sunshine outside while drinking a cold beer. I would definitely stay here again and encourage my friends to stay here, too.

Some information about the hotel suggests that it has a swimming pool. It does not. We were absolutely OK with this. However, if you want to lounge by a pool, this may not be the place for you. The pools are designed fish ponds and they are organic and natural so just watch the koi and feed them bread crumbs. It was wonderful to discover this cool shaded landscape and tranquility so surprisingly near SHAPE, Mons, and Pairi Daiza,.

All nice and clean, nice facilitiesThe restaurant was good- starters are crazy expensive nearly same price as the mains so we had mains only. Mains were great!

Staff was very professional and offered assistance to the best of their ability.

My bathroom & bathtub had many spots of mold development. The bathtub jets expelled dirt/sand/material when used.

We have booked a standard double bed bedroom for 2 animdults and 2 little kids (1 and 2yo), the hotel didn’t have any baby cot available but they gave us an extra bed (very comfortable) with no extra costs.

Poor value for money. One of the beds was not ready, they assured that they would come to remedy it and they did not. We had to make the bed ourselves.

Breakfast was wonderful. The environment was nice in the middle of the forest and close to the entrance of the NATO Base.

The room had old and damaged furniture. I had not heating system and have to look for alternatives. Tried three different to get something.

The restaurant was excellent, and the service was good and the food superb. The accomodation was better on day 2, but not happy about paying for first day as the initial room 105 non functional.?

Room 105 was non functional, double bed broken, wall paper ripped off, room was dusty and dust hanging, net curtains torn toilet pot and brush stained air conditioning not working, no heating, a glass barrier between bedroom and bathroom broken and full of dust. (should be checked, if lights, air conditioning, shower are in working, not just clean bed sheets. The toilet pot was dirty with stains in both rooms. (Bleach is required to destain pot and toilet brushes should be replaced with new ones. Inspection should be carried out before issuing any room. ) Very disappointed. ?Note. I wasn't happy paying for first night..should be compensated.Finally I was moved to room. 228 second night. Again toilet pot and toilet brush soiled, not clean and light not working.Did report it, the second day, with no result.

Room was spacious and bed was very nice.

The bathroom had ventalation issues but was tolerable.
