Good bed

The distance to the city. There was no one at the reception so we had to check in via a machine that did not take our credit cards. We had to wait for half an hour before someone came to open the door.

Location is always nice with Waves mall where we went to shoot our documentary Monsters of Our Time(2025).

Many rooms have defects ,either some switch, lights etc. Rooms are really small for price.

The staff that are serving at the reception are very kind and considerate

There were issues with the self check-in. Another guest had to open the door for us to enter the hotel.

Price is fair. Room size is ok. Wonderful shopping mall very near by.

Parking had multiple sites of previous car windows smashed, with piles of green glass everywhere. Not too secure then.

Everything was automated, we arrived late but we did everything from a screen and codes without needing personnel. It will be the future of the hotel industry. The rooms were in good condition and works for one night stay.

Despite being a non smoking room the room was drenched in cigarette smoke and not just a smell like somebody had smoked the night before but for years on end. The type opening a window dose not help. Really unpleasent.

Good location, cheap, comfortable for the price, good wheelchair accessible bathroom.

I booked a twin room and on the details it said ground floor so that's why I booked but when we got there they say only double beds on ground and gave us a room on 2nd floor which wasn't good for back and legs which I struggled carrying bags up 2 flights of stairs 30 stairs

The reception was very professional ?

However, the breakfast was not well attended as the lady responsible for reprovision of the foods was too busy feeding herself and playing with her phone. So much that the man at reception had to step in.

Very good hotel based on the low price. Excellent for short stay. Automated check in and close to a shopping center. All on walking distance.

I arrived late and used self check-in. At the end of the process I asked to print the access codes - but nothing was printed.At the end I had to take a photo of access codes. The printer did not work.Car gate: The instructions to open the gate are unclear / incomplete.

The vending machine

The front door desk was unfriendly at the very first contact. Then the room was super small 2 people was just just to fit in. The bathrooms was ok tho I had to ask for a hand towel because they told me they were none given, that I needed to use the one I use for shower.. 2023. We separate hand towels from the shower and the face towels!!!! The cleaning lady came at 9 am to tell me that I needed to leave the room before noon for check out… like I didn’t know that… 9 am!??? Knock on my door at 11:30 at least not 9 for a noon check out.

I liked the fact that the check-in was completely automated (even the payment), the room was clean and equipped well enough and the bed quite comfortable. It pays off to do a night stop here while in a Road Trip crossing France.

I didn't like the "too small" actual size of our room (the pictures were a bit misleading...).

Nice cool room at the rear allocated on a hot day. Safe parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Wifi patchy and needed to relog-in a number of times.
