Cons -
- Staff informed us when we checked in that the restaurant and bar were open until 2200. They both closed at 2100. Amusing to watch dozens of residents carrying food they had purchased, but were unable to finish, back to the hotel in plastic cartons. They were allowed to eat the food in the bar, even though it was closed. Not drinks available. Room never cleaned during stay. Very stuffy, windows high in the ceiling with motorised control. With that being the only ventilation was difficult to sleep with the other residents outside singing until 0100. Breakfast poor, really expecting more, seeing as they are selling the rural stay angle. Never saw anyone in the restaurant or bar during the day, everyone went to the brewery, 50 metres away. Their menu is burgers and pizzas, plus a couple of other items (some of which were) not available. Strange thing, all the soft drinks are stored on shelves behind the bar, all room temperature, so in June @30°C. Not very inviting for the cyclists that call in on their rides. Order plenty of ice. Most of these faults are mentioned in other reviews, should have taken them more seriously. Business has great potential.
- * Very few vegan food options.
- I didn't like, no room service ,you have to ask if you want at least change garbage bag, cold water is good during a Summer but definitely not now , every day the same poor breakfast mostly some variety of eggs, farmer cheese,.. front desk not so helpful. I booked Superior Double Room and I got small room with roof windows. I told receptionist that I don't like this room and would like to to have room with regular windows and shower's cabin. Took a while and I got another room...for disable people. Really...I couldn't get better room for this price??? At this moment I didn't know that 95% rooms were available.

+brewery and pizzeria...if pressing the staff to serve you! Hotel devastating experience-exclusive party till 24:00,after heavily drunken guests played riots the whole night till finally at 6:00 police solved the issue, staff wasnt reachable for several hours.....and for this a "I am so sorry" at reception?!?!??beds worn out, wifi in 2nd floor absent, not possible to open windows, shower cabins made for dwarfs... And "generous" 50% refund? O.k.,chargeback at bank!
Location, food, staff, plenty of activities around, especially hiking and biking
Quiet, great choice for family and for rest. Alpacas was funny, craft beer was very nice Great place.
Nice location.

The hotel is located in a good distance to many attractions of the region. It has nice and big garden/meadow, so if you want to spend time close to nature this is a good option. The local brewery next to the hotel has a good beer and very nice cocktails made from them as well! Possibilities for activities like hiking and mountain biking. Overall good experience for me and my family, the kids really enjoyed so much free space to run around.
The room was not cleaned and towels were not changed for whole our stay (4 days), which was surprising. The lock in the door for our room was beeping 2 seconds after opening and we had to rush to close it. I asked in the reception about it and the lady tried to fix it but it did not work. The huge garden space has a big potential but the benches are super uncomfortable.
location; very good breakfast and very nice restaurant at brewery.
neither good ventilation nor air conditioning. Very hot room
Good location and nice surroundings.Good restaurant with small brewery 3 min walking distance.Breakfast was very good for the price.
I have found no way to prepare some tee. Not in the room and nowhere else. Shower was really small and not very comfortable for adults.
Beautiful location, the hotel is hidden from the main road, the property is an excellent choice for leisure. The staff was very friendly and helpful
A modern touch and renovation could possibly bring some fresh vibrancy to the hotel
we stayed at one of the studios - poor soundproofing and a connecting door to the adjoining room, we asked for the room to be changed. there it was again - that connecting door and it somewhat moved at night so we had poor sllep. apart from that, the place was just fine - nice decor, super warm, sqeaky clean, decently equipped kitchenette. we'd happily come back but for the soundproofing. the breakfast was served the previous evening in the form of take away. pretty standard mix of cold meats (perhaps local?), cheese, jam/honey pockets, some veg, bread. plus eggs - please separate fresh eggs from the rest of produce - uncooked eggs shouldn't touch the cheese etc.
the area is conveniently located - trekking routes right behind the main building, the brewery, the palace tours and some historic tresures definitely worth looking at. there are also a few llamas and alpacas that you can visit. the two cats add to the ambience of relaxation and contact with nature.
would go there again and even bring my familiy, as there are a lot of attractions in this area that tell the story of the last 150 years. information is provided in Pol/Ger/Eng, some staff speak english. Breakfast is served in-house, dinner may be arranged at the palace brewery on the other side of the court. parking is directly in front of the building. very nicely decorated rooms.
ventilation or a/c unit next to my room made noise at times, wifi is not enough for video calls.
Great staff!
For me, the shower is a little small.
The service was just perfect, all personal super helpfull and polite, never had such a good service!
