Gorgeous waterfront property with a beautiful dinning area by the water and large pool overlooking the water. Very comfortable, large new rooms. Excellent service with amazing staff ready to make your stay enjoyable and unforgettable.

Great location. Lovely roof top pool. Helpful staff in organising hire car and sorting boys room where air on not working.

Pool opening times restricted to 11-19.00 hrs… often want to head up to pool straight after breakfast and not allowed. Fed back to staff but nothing changed. Other guests felt the same.Needed to publicise shuttle to other natura Bea h resort… we were unaware and hired a car to get there. Poor service at natura beach resort… waiting 1.5 hours for chicken burgers! Staff apologetic and helpful afterwards but seems like more staff required in kitchen.

Gorgeous property! This place has the nicest staff! The hotel is end high finishes and has epic sunset views from the rooftop! I highly recommended!

Great location - a few minutes walk from the ferry port. We arrived very early in the morning and since we came at the end of the season and the hotel was not at full capacity - Helene who received us - offered us an early check in and a late check out which was wonderful. She also helped us find a rental car to tour the island and helped us with everything we could think of. The room is modern and clean and the surrounding was perfectly peaceful.Thank you!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very clean room, tasty breakfast, enjoyed on seafront with lovely view, but the real highlight was the staff. They were simply amazing - always attentive, smiling, helpful and incredibly kind ❤️. If you want an unforgettable vacation/ stay, I highly recommend this hotel!

It was beautiful! Staff, lobby, room, pool, simply wonderful!

I am not a big fan of open bathrooms or toilets - glassdoors and in the sleeping area :) but that is just my personal opinion.

Staff that wanted to go over and above to ensure that your stay was perfect.

Triple room didn’t have any private space. The door is either closing the shower or the toilet. We had our teenage daughter in our room next time we would look at a family room.

The property was well located and beautifully decorated. The staff were excellent, especially Addie, Micheal and Eva at the pool.

Our air con was not great on arrival but staff soon overcame this with a fab in the room and fixing the air con.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay special. Gorgeous infinity pool with stunning views. The breakfast was wide ranging, fresh, delicious and we always looked forward to spending a leisurely time enjoying it. It was my daughter's a-level results when we stayed and they helped us celebrate in style with unexpected treats and extra attention that made her feel very special.

My only minor comment is that the family room is only really for four people max due to storage space, but it was a minor concern that didn't affect our happy stay at all.Loutraki is a small, pretty port butwith only a few restaurants to choose from. We got cabs to Glossa in the evenings and also hired a car which I'd say is essential.

Very cozy and quite boutique hotel in Loutraki, Skopelos. Very friendly environment with very friendly staff. It is far from the Skopelos town but this was our decision.

The absolutely best thing was the amazing staff! Great compliment,all the staff were super warm,friendly with a smile on and happy to help with anything. Thank you so much for the hospitality! The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated and the rooms are very clean and comfy. Luxurious feeling! The outdoor pool area is also beautiful although we only spent a brief time there because the beaches are fantastic. There is a nice beach with a bar that belongs to the hotel as well and a free shuttle service.

Those are really only minor things but also as a recommendation, with a hotel in this price range it would have been very nice to have complimentary water and also the cappuccino and fresh juice for breakfast included. Also when we went to the paraiso beach club belonging to the hotel, the minimum spent for sun beds (100 Euro for the front row which is quite high) is only for consumption directly on the sunbed not sitting at the bar/restaurant behind. This was only explained to us after we ordered lunch at the restaurant which made it feel a bit like a rip off. We complained and the staff (again amazing staff) luckily were so kind to make an exception. But I would strongly advise to either change this policy or make this very clear to guests upon arrival.
