The staff was very friendly and helpful, with friendly greetings at every interaction. The breakfast was excellent and healthy, with fresh squeezed fruit juice and a nice selection of breakfast items to choose from. Excellent service overall.

The singular exception was the grumpy lifeguard at the pool that felt the need to be menacing and overbearing for some strange reason (nobody was behaving in a way that needed reprimanding, but he still decided to overperform his duties in an otherwise chill location). Change out the lifeguard and the hotel would be perfect

Nice and relaxing place, great pool and pool bar, about 1.5 km from the city centre, so not hard to walk. The old town is amazing, one must definitely stroll through its streets and climb all the stairs to the very top of the hill to see all of the views and try the food. Do not miss to take the Mamma mia bus tour to see many of the places and beaches the movie was filmed at.

We had such a lovely stay at Skopelos Holidays Hotel & Spa! The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The non-smoking room was cozy, with everything we needed, including a coffee/tea maker. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a drink from the bar. Perfect for a couples, welcoming escape!

The Executive Room at Skopelos Holidays Hotel & Spa was perfect for our stay. It was fully equipped for guests with disabilities, offering easy access to the pool and private yard. Skopelos hotel was nicely decorated, the room prices were reasonable and the service was top-notch. Definitely I'll be return for more days.

Hotel is approx. 15mins walk outside the town - environment is very tranquil and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful - overall a very good experience and a great place to relax.

Accommodation was very dated with water damaged furniture The private pool was dirty and the pump/filter didn’t work until I reported it to reception for the second time No utensils/cutlery/crockery in the kitchen despite it having a hob and pots and pans The housekeeping staff let themselves in without warning and also took stuff from our room

-Extremely difficult communication for us to inform them about 1 day later check in . Booking had to excuse to me because they were not informed that hotel has agreed on 1 day refund.( mail 13/8) - air condition was not working in the lobby - 2 days out of 5 the room was not cleaned and towels were Not changed. -- Very basic amenities were missing ( like toilet paper !)- Important water leakage in the bathroom . Constantly Flooded floor with serious slipping hasard -extremely tiny wardrobe -inadmissible rudeness from M. The lady assisting the afternoon shift in the reception . She was also screaming to the other colleagues- Only bright exception in this messy hotel were Maria Nikos and Rania

The staff were very nice and helpful. Location is good, a few minutes drive from town. The kids loved the pool. breakfast was nice. The room is not very new, but it was clean and we enjoyed our time.

The room, the staff, and the fact that it's actually a two-star hotel rather than a five-star one, along with everything else - except for the breakfast and the pool - left much to be desired.

Great little hotel. We stayed in very nice modern room with privat pool (212) enjoying every morning swim in a small pool in our yard.Breakfast selection was excellent. I enjoyed esspecially fresh juices made by your choice. Spa and spa staff are very good and professional. Every day I had a different massage. The rest of the hotel staffl is as well very discreet, friendly and nice.City is on a 10 - 15 minuts wallking distance or 5 minuts by taxi.

This is a cracking small hotel with a great pool and lounging areas and a fantastic breakfast with freshly squeezed juices and loads of choice. The room was well appointed and spacious and the cleaning service was great as were all the staff who were helpful, friendly and approachable. It's out of town location gives great views over Skopelos Town and its a slightly hairy 15min walk downhill down the main road into town and a 5 Euro taxi back. You could always get a taxi both ways or ask for a lift into town if you're going in early enough.

I'm not sure how star ratings for hotels work - if it's on facilities, this hotel probably makes the grade, but if it's on quality of finishes, decor, I'm not sure this hotel makes the grade, a few things in the rooms are a bit tired and old but don't let that put you off as it's all round a cracking hotel.
