Flisvos Royal

Breakfast was excellent with fresh orange juice and several local traditional delicacies. Clean rooms and a nice balcony. The staff were very polite and well trained. The pool area very nice.

It was not clear from the website that the room would not have sea view. Based on the value paid, the hotel location and the higher floor, sea view was expected but not provided. Other than that we had a very nice stay.

Everyone was amazing, Paloma was extremely helpful. The stuff and bartenders was fun, helpful amazing service Pool was great, close to the beach, in the center of everything and to a very comfortable beach

The lobby the pool and the exclusive suites were great and nice modern designed . The other rooms looked like on the 70’s . We were shocked when arrived to the room. There is a picture in booking but in live you feel the big difference. We upgraded one room to feel good and happy during our holidays to the suite and the big kids stayed at the regular room disappointed.

Great hotel, and I have a celiac kid. They arranged great gluten-free breakfast for her. Also, at the pool bar, there is a dish of nuggets with fries, which is gluten-free.It is very recommended for celiac and also for all.

The hotel location and the staff were great, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is excelant. The bartender at the pool is really an expert.

During shower the water perrsure is not stable (hot water).

Flisvos Royal was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had as a family. The staff was incredible - friendly, helpful, professional, and accommodating. The pool was beautiful and extremely well-maintained. The pool bar was fantastic with coffee, meals, snacks, and more. The hotel was in a perfect location - quiet, off the main stretch of Tolo, but within a very short walk to it. Beautiful beaches were only steps away, right across the street. The cleaning staff kept the room very clean, and the shower was really modern with sprays available from all angles. We have only good things to say about our stay. Flisvos Royal was a big reason we had such a fun and memorable time in Tolo. We absolutely hope to be back.

The hotel is a short walk across the street from the ocean. The hotel is very clean. The staff are very friendly and eager to help us when needed. The breakfast is excellent. A lot of great restaurants nearby. Overall a great experience staying at this hotel.

I thought the hotel is right on the ocean beach, but it turns out to be at another side of the street along the beach. Still it is only a short walk from the beach so I have no complaints.

Flisvos Royal Hotel & Suites provides excellent accommodation. We stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfect - the room was nice, the beach bars were 3 minutes away, and the pool was great. Also, the staff members were polite and friendly.

I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

The general property is really nice, especially the pool area.

The room it was too small and basic for 120 per night. Also, the room had an unpleasant smell and the bathroom. The room had Poor sound insulation.

The facilities were fantastic, the place was always getting cleaned, especially the pool. Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location.

The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating! The hotel is beautiful and right in the city centre. We traveled with our 2 year old and there were other small children around, which meant we had little playmates. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms incredibly spacious. We’d definitely go back!

The breakfast was good, but serving fresh rather than tinned fruit would have been a huge plus.

The location is very good. As well as the facilities, the pool area and the pool bar and services are very good. Also, having a private parking in that area comes as a very big plus.

The bed mattresses are highly outdated, as well as the pillows. I would have expected this aspect to be more taken into consideration at this level of service and presentation.

The pool bar staff were great company. Spacious room just across the road from the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Our arrival was on a Sunday afternoon and the pool was overflowing with noisy kids which made it not conducive for swimming.

Breakfast had a great variety and the staff at the pool bar where great too!!! Front desk staff great and replaced tv straight away as well as upgrading us to interconnecting rooms and extending our stay :)

The wifi was dropping out quite often

Loved everything. Especially the pool after site swing in hot weather. Staff were always friendly and helpful . Beach towels provided.

Breakfast had a nice selection. Typical of European hotels. Location was directly across the street from the beach, Offstreet parking For hotel guest was a real plus

There was an egg like smell coming out of the bathroom, and there was construction being done on the penthouse, which was not aware of when we booked the reservation

Nice pool; Very close to the beach; clean and spacious etc.

Airconditioning was not strong enough to keep the room cold enough for good night sleep, but the outside temperature was 38 daytime and over 25 even at night, which makes it understandable.

A good position in the town, not too far from the beach and the great shops/bars in the centre. The pool was fantastic, the hotel was kept very clean throughout. The bar staff were extremely friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was of great quality and the rooms were cleaned every day. The poolside furniture was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave.

wifi was patchy in the rooms, but we were not there to be on our phones all day.
