Homer's Inn Hotel

Super friendly staff, and the rooms were huge and everything was cleaned super well every single day. Shower and bathroom exceeded expectations and it was all perfect.

Very small issue but the shuttle system was a little funky, just takes a little getting used to because the hotel is a little further away from the chora.

Fantastic property with great views of the port and surrounding mountains. Easy trip to beach and Chora via first class city bus (only two euro). Most accommodating family ever, maximizing comfort, answering all questions and needs. Awesome homemade breakfast to order. Will be coming back to Homer Inn.

A family business with exceptional hospitality. The room was new, very spacious and equipped with all the comfort needed. Pool was fine and the pool bar provides minute made snacks. The view to the bay where the port is located is spectacular, namely from the breakfast area.

Large immaculate room in a great location, bus stop directly outside. Owners were very helpful, they pick you up from the Port and drop you back to the Port when leaving which is extremely helpful in the midday heat, nothing was a problem. Short walk to a local blue flag beach with few bars & restaurants.

We loved meeting the family and getting very personalized attention. The pick-up from the ferry at 1am was the first wonderful impression of being taken good care of. Antonia encouraged my tiny knowledge of Greek, Panos helped with cold medicine. We enjoyed the beakfast terrace and the foods offered. The pool area is beautiful, too.

We found the pillows a bit to thick for our normal sleeping positions, a choice if thinner or thicker might be good.That is the only suggestion.

Everything about this hotel is incredible! The room, the family run business, service, pool, food! It's like home from home. The family go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. We were picked up at the port as soon as we arrived, a glass of juice as we checked in, a detailed map and explanation of different locations and the buses with times and price. Luggage taken to our rooms and tour of our room and hotel. Welcoming smile every time we saw a member of the family! The TV has a Homer inn channel that let's you know when the next bus is.

We had a lovely stay here and thoroughly enjoyed the area and island. The hosts are wonderful and we felt very very welcome and looked after. Rooms were very good. Two things that would have made it better was a kettle in the room to make a drink and a window in the second bedroom as it was incredible dark. Pool was lovely and was huge. There was a small kids pool too. Might need to think about seating to help parents with monitoring kids as there wasn’t any shade around the pool area near the kids pool. But there was shade by the pool bar.

Staff were extremely accomodating offering ferry pickup and drop off, and plenty of information about transport around Ios.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for you. Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony with a fabulous view. Lovely breakfast available if you wanted. Bus stop just outside property but also close enough to walk to both beach and town. Loved this place

Staff were so helpful from as soon as we landed in the island, they lifted us at the port and left us of again. Gave us directions to everything and helped us get to anywhere we needed. The pool and bar food was amazing, breakfast in the morning had so much variety

The owners and staff of this hotel can’t do enough for you. They treat you like family and are so helpful and informative of the island and places to visit and where to eat. Location excellent just up the hill from a lovely port and either a walk or bus ride to Chora at the top of the hill as the bus stops right outside the hotel. The pool and pool area is stunning with amazing views. Everywhere is immaculately clean and the wifi is great for those who need it. The staff make this place so special and we only wish we had stayed longer. Will definitely go back.

The rooms are simple but nicely decorated, super clean and spacious . The common areas are great, specially the pool. The staff is super friendly, helpful and very welcoming.

We liked the location as it was very close to the pool and public bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The pool is great and very clean. Rooms are big and clean. We were also given so many recommendations. The communication is top-notch. We would stay here again!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at Homers inn. We were picked up and dropped off to the port which was great. Every single person working there was soooo lovely, could not have asked for better people. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was fantastic. So nice and clean and spacious. The location was also great, close to town, beaches, the port and bus stop. Loved everything about this stay. Thank you to everyone at Homers!

Excellent location! Lovely relaxing pool, walking distance to the port, where there was lots of lovely restaurants . Family run business who were just so accommodating and friendly and so helpful! Gorgeous breakfast, staff couldn’t help you enough!

This hotel gets a 10/10. The family are genuinely lovely and went out of the way to help us and make our stay perfect. Hotel was spotless, breakfast fantastic, rooms very big and fantastic facilities. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We LOVED this family run hotel. The hosts were so kind, they organised a free transfer on arrival and departure and showed us a map of the island and gave us tips, and they couldn’t do enough to help you. Our room was HUGE and modern and had a balcony. The communal pool was lovely! In a great location too, close to the port and some restaurants as well as not being too far from the main town. Would highly recommend

Really clean, lovely atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff, allowed us late check out , transfers to and from port free of charge, pool area was amazing ,had everything you would need and the bartender was really lovely !
