Sunrise Hotel

The location was central, and the view was amazing from our room. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond.

As we walked into the room, it had a distinct smell, so we needed an air freshener to combat the smell. In saying that, the staff were attentive and gave us supplies and checked in to make sure everything was okay, which was very kind of them. The room was quite small.

Staff, view, location (assuming you wish to stay near the main road and chora) and value were all wonderful.

Unfortunately as a chronic back pain sufferer, our bed was uncomfortable. I would suggest this as a first step in any planned renovations.

The pool was nice, common areas were a plus, and the location was very central and walkable.

The room we stayed in wasn’t great. It was good for sleeping but we were only provided 1 pillow each, no real blanket, and unfortunately the bathroom smelt pretty bad the whole stay. On top of that two of the three days the water wasn’t working for an hour or more. I wouldn’t plan on spending too much time in the rooms.

Great location. Air conditioning! The pool was nice with the bar and food available.

Good location and it had a swimming pool

There was no water pressure, barely any water came out when taking a shower, the beds were very hard.

We absolutely loved it here. We went on the off season and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly, the food by the pool was really good especially for the price. The pool was incredible and the views were amazing. This stay exceeded our expectations. We could not believe the view we got from our balcony either.

The hotel was situated in a great location, while atop a steep hill, we had access to restaurants, bus stop and all the main bars and nightclubs. The room had a balcony which was great.

The bathroom was quite small and inconvenient, with the shower head not attached to the wall. The beds only had a sheet for a cover, we would have appreciated a quilt.

The pool and dining area is maybe a little dated but still a nice place to relax and hang out while we were waiting for our room to be available.

Fantastic location in the village, walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants etc. Staff were very helpful. Also included free pick up and drop off to the port which was very handy. Room was spacious. Had aircon in the room.

Breakfast was great although it was only from 10am-12pm so not ideal if you’re wanting to get away early.

Really dark in the bathroom. The hotel was built in a hill so you have to walk a bit but it was ok, not their fault.

Great place to stay, right next to the city centre and near a bus stop as well. The staff were so lovely and the transfer to and from the ferry port helped so much!! Wifi was working perfectly fine during our stay.

Joana was very helpful! She did everything we needed and went above and beyond to help us make reservations for a popular roof top bar. They provided free transport from the ferry port to the hotel which no other hotel did and were very attentive with this. The best place we stayed in Greece so far. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Beds weren’t very comfortable

The location was perfect, it was quite central to everything such as cafes, public transport, ATV hiring, etc. The hotel staff were very accommodating, friendly and went above for their guests. The free transfers to and from the port was very helpful. Also, to top it off, the view from our balcony was exceptional!

If I had to comment on something I didn't like, it would be the comfortability of the beds in the room.

The only down side was the hill that lead to the hotel, we had a little hard time getting the car up there, also the room lacked a big full size mirror

The shuttle to and from the port was very nice, and the staff were amazing. The pool and lounge area is a nice place chill. The room was clean and the room service was nice.

My only complaint is that the wifi was very poor. There is a smart tv in the room but it is not possible to use because of the wifi. This could’ve just been the location of the room though, because wifi in the lounge was very good.
