Over paid for this property. It was a basic hotel with basic rooms. Disappointed in the price. Really underwhelming property. All the hotels I have stayed at, if you ask for a to go coffee cup they will give you one. Helps with taking my medication. Not here, I asked the gal who was working the front desk and said no and rather gruffly too. When you spend a lot of money little things go a long way. It’s almost like hurry up and leave.

Room in the ground level … street level Not very neat in terms of cleanliness especially bathroom had rust Hotel is ok for a 2 stars but that’s not what in was expecting from the picture and previous reviews.Feels more like a motel than a hotel Customer Service tone was cold. We got our question answered but very sharp and direct… not really warm and friendly (might just be a cultural thing not sure)… which was quite uncomfortable to the point where we couldn’t complain about anything because we didn’t feel safe… so we dealt with it and the moody atmosphere during our stay which is not something we should do when we are paying for a service in a place that should be hospitable. Might just also be because of the skin color… who knows ? In summary not a great experience… don’t recommend and won’t be staying there anymore for sure.. I don’t pay to be uncomfortable or disrespected in a place where I’m looking for safety and comfort (mentally and physically)

Very pretty location right by the yacht harbour. Very nice, clean property and friendly staff. Continental European breakfast buffet was decent. There was a good choice of breads, the croissants were excellent. Good parking available.

Cheap furniture, basic bathroom. The coffee could have been better.

I find everything in my room even iron hair dryer . with extra 4 chairs and table outside the room also neat and clean.

Location was very nice - very close to the sea and 10 minutes walk from center of Rudkøbing.Beds very comfortable.Dinner from the restaurant delicious.Reception lady was very positive and did very good service.

The hotel room we got was really small. Taking into consideration there was also additional bed for our daughter we were very limited in space.Breakfast very poor, probably because of Corona, but still.. 1 round bread, 1 slice dark break, 1 slice salami, 1 slice cheese, 5gr jam, 1 mini size pastry, and little butter. Very poor. Powder coffee in room.

The hotel is perfectly located near the waterfront. The sunsets are breathtaking. The hotel is located right at the Øhavsstien - hiking trail, which allows for diverse hiking opportunities. Personal is very friendly and welcoming, also for solo travellers.

We needed to keep a cake cold and the staff saw that it had a cool night!
