Hotel am Park Lüneburger Heide

Big bed , pool inside the hotel,restourant

No cleaning service during my stay ( cleaning is done after you leave ) room is worn out , falling apart, smell from the carpet

Very charming surroundings in a small country village. Pub, pizzeria and a couple of shops. All you need basically.

Bed was a little bit uncomfortable, I was sleeping in a big dent, the mattress was pressed down and I am heavy. They should rotate mattresses to ensure them being worn out evenly.

Nice big garden, dog was happy.

Wifi did not work, she gave me password and did not mention they had technical issues. Tv did not work either , picture was very bad quality without sound.

Shower cabin. The door didn't close well. Water pressure is weak

It was a quiet place It is good when one wants to get out of the city noise.

The Area was very nice and quiet. The staff from The kitchen gave us one nite some very good lemonade Free of charge and we met one Romanian, The cheff, which was very nice also

When we arrived at the reception to check in nobody was talking in english, we had to call someone back home to translate to us in German which is unnaceptable from my point of view for a 4 stars hotel...

Pleasant

Very noisy hotel. Room was above an outdoor area where they hosted a (drinking) tour bus group until late in the night. Only recommend this place if you like to hear drunk folks while trying to fall asleep...

Good location for the main goal of our trip - the Serengeti Park. Nice and helpful staff at the Restaurant.

Fungus between the bathroom tiles. Staff at the reception not very competent.Too much light in the room at night - short dark curtains. No fridge in the family room.

Good points: -Breakfast was good ??-Most of the F&B staff were lovely -Heated pool was good-Good location to nearby parks

Not so nice points:-Some of the FO staff were not so service oriented but some great-The bed wasn’t very comfortable -Sadly due to the pandemic, the play area for kids wasn’t open.

Staff under pressure full hotel my point is if it’s PET FRIENDLY then it should be friendly not allowed dogs at evening

The staff were friendly

The quality of the hotel was lower than 4 stars. Felt like I was in an old peoples home.

Swimming pool was small but perfect for my daughter. Reception staff were helpful.

On trying to make a reservation for dinner was told in a not too friendly manner they could do no earlier than 7:30 but on coming down at 7:30 there were many empty tables with cutlery that were set up for people to use. Wifi in the room was dreadful.

Decent stay, nothing special for the Business room, I expected more by looking in the picture.

Just what I expect from Achat hotels, good location for travellers.
