Great location, beds are very comfortable. Food was good.

Beautiful building. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy. We loved the room.Pool is a bit tiny… we would have loved to see the staff at least occasionally smiling but that is OK.

Typology of a room, dinners and breakfasts

Not having wardrobes in our rooms, they sad it's gonna take quarter of an hour to get them, not even in half an hour we didn't get them, rudeness about this at the reception, so too much people at the pool area, in the pool, none of these happened at the 1st time we visited Hévíz in the same year, not sure if gonna pick this hotel again

Excellent hotel. Very clean all the way. Lot of additional content next to the regular hotel room. Wellness facility is very nice and also very clean. Breakfast and dinner were great. The hotel is in a very nice location, really close to the thermal lake. We are very satisfied with what we got for the weekend.

The only minus we had is that they additionaly charge you their underground garrage. And the parking spaces there were pretty narrow

I have stayed at the Palace hotel on numerous occasions. It has a central location close to all the shops and facilities. The staff are helpful and the rooms while being a little dated are large and well equipped. The shower and bathroom facilities are good. The leisure centre is good and the hotel represents value for money for the standard of accommodation and food on offer.

Sometimes the menu can feel a little short of options for my tastes but the food on offer is tasty and well cooked.

The hotel is at an amazing location. Easy access to everything that Heviz has to offer. However, it also has everything we need to just stay inside and relax. Staff is friendly, facilities are clean and many services are available at an affordable price. It is also family friendly.

I wish they had offered a bit more traditional Hungarian cuisine for dinner. The selection of food was wide, just not necessarily traditionally Hungarian. Breakfast offered more.

Main dinning dishes should really be much better; children in pool and area of it cause were really laud, so much laud!

It was really clean, the room was perfect, the stuff were kind and polite.

The quality of food was horrible. Dry baked goods, poor amount, weird taste.The waiters/waitresses were kind, but the chef should pay attention to the kitchen’s quality, because it was not enough for a four stars hotel!

This is the worst 4 star hotel we have ever stayed in, very disappointing

The bedding is almost 10 years old and is very disgusting when it turns black and moldy. The toilet is leaking, the washbasin is not draining smoothly, and the toilet fan smells burnt.

Information about parking is not correct on booking. The hotel has covered parking! It costs the same as the big public parking next to the farmers market, buss station and other shops + supermarket!!!!In addition, I didn't see the possibility of ordering a wine by glass during the dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Location is great. Breakfast and Buffet are perfectly in order, quality and selection. Room size is nice, with good air condition and has fridge.Staff is overall on top of things and helpful.

The room layout was crowded and pretty used, also could be cleaner. There are 2 elevators, really small and mostly with a waiting line. The fitness room is an afterthought.

Food could be improved. Rooms are a little small. (Probably not for European standards). Inside needs a little upgrade. Please get rid of that leafy greenery around the elevator. It’s very tacky. Shows poor taste.

Spacious room, nice food, clean swimming pool, friendly staff, very good location.

No coffee maker or water boiler in the room, only for additional fee. As many already said, no kitchen equipment in the kitchen in the room. If you plan to cook or eat in your room, you need to bring everything. If you don't plan to cook, it is perfect.

Swimming pool was great and well maintained. Food was exeptional !

We had to pay for parking which was not mentioned on booling site , but the price was acceptable around 6 euro per day

Hotel room was quiet and comfortable.The room was clean with a sunny balcony. The swimmingpool was nice and clean. Breakfast and dinner had good selections.

We stayed 4 nights but only got room service once- . Fresh towels would have been nice more than once. I did not like that the hotel was charging for tap water at dinner! Ive never ever charged of tap water in any other European cities before! I understand the hotel would charge for alcohol or soft drinks but I really dont understand why they charge for tap water + add service charge on top of it. The cost was small but the charge was unexpected.
