Ensana Thermal Aqua

The rooms, restaurant and the whole hotel are very clean, the food is tasty and varied, and the staff are friendly.

We stayed 3 nights at Ensana Thermal Aqua with an all-inclusive package. However, the all-inclusive is organized so that you basically pay for 3 days and get about 2.66 – check-in from 3 p.m. (snack after lunch), check-out by 11 a.m. (breakfast only), which leaves the impression that the service is not fairly structured.We also had a safety issue with the kettle, which was leaking and caused a short circuit, and the pool that was announced on booking.com as closed from January 5th was already closed on January 4th. When we arrived on Saturday, the crowd was almost unbearable (elevators, restaurant, pools, saunas), so instead of a relaxing wellness break you get a feeling of mass tourism. Because of all this, we would not return for now.

The pools and the beds were excellent.

The shower was kind of dirty, and the food choices in the all-inclusive catering were quite limited.

Everything is in one place. The restaurant is excellent. The new swimming pools and the new room design are very nice.

People are allowed to take photos in spa area, where we are in swimming suits. And we don’t want to have pictures of us not well covered! Not enough parking lots. The tea is not good, you really should change that.

Nice place to stay but not with Teenagers, for them it was boring. But we have everything we need for relaxing time. Our room was clean and comfy, I like hungary cuisine - at the hotel it was pretty tasty. I can only recommend this place for stay.

They have done a phenomenal job with the remodelling and extension of the pool area and saunas, I really like it. As always so far, the food was excellent, and the room was clean and well maintained. A big shout out to the reception and the maintenance man, as the minor problems with the radiator and the toilet cistern were both fixed within minutes of the problems being reported. Both evenings with live music were great fun.

Minor point: A wall clock or two would be useful in the relaxation area in the sauna area. Also an extra drinking water dispenser. Bigger point: It would be advisable to have a waitress in the day bar at reception who is able to interact with guests at least in a basic way! At first I thought that the lady was just having a bad day, but later it was obvious that she clearly had a reservation to deal with foreigners, as she had no problems with Hungarian guests.

Spa is good only issue is it smells of ammonia and I never seen it be cleaned in the 3 days

The superficial aproch of the lady at reception desk Who assured us at the Check out, that everything is all right , we payed all our dues, and then after few hours, when I was driving back home , to call me and then email me that I have a bill not payed, With some local taxes, and parking fee !!! That made me feel uncofortable like a crook Who leaves and left unpayed debts!

It was not told to us that reparations were going on in the hotel up untill the payment was taken. Then, we were informed of the restorations and the closure of the mineral pool. The noise of the reparations could be heard till 20:00 in the evening.

Delicious selection of food incuding vegetarian options, friendly and attentive staff and plenty of entertainment and relaxation to go around. The room was spotless with the best shower configuration I've experienced in a hotel. 10/10 is an understatement, I really hope to return soon!

Fresh air from the trees, swimming pool with warm water, very comfy beds, the products from the restaurant are all of good quality, fitness room with new equipment, gaming room where you can get a lot of fun, very close to the thermal lake of Hévíz,etc.

You don’t have a balcony, but you can handle to dry your clothes on the handrail from the front of your window. If you don’t put the sign in front of the door for cleaning, they only take the trash from the room and change the towels that are on the floor.

The room was very comfortable. The location was great.

It was difficult to find a parking spot.

We got a very good deal and decided to try the all inclusive experience. Our stay for the week was very pleasant. Had a room on the top floor with great views and very comfortable bed. Meals ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) were plentiful and always lots of choice , should satisfy most guests. Afternoon tea was also provided. The property also had pools , spas ,gym , games room , treatments etc available , we did not use as spent most days on Lake Heviz. Plenty to keep guests busy on site. Children were also well provided for.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was amazing, and the spa was great.

Honestly, I can't think of something that I did not like.

I booked for my grandmothers as birthday gift, they enjoyed it sooo much, they were really happy and satisfied. The staff members were very kind and attentive. I contacted them before for several things, like paying in advance and also pay in advance for some beauty treatment. They were super helpful and supporting, very kind and they did everything that I asked for. *****
