Ensana Thermal Heviz

After my stay in Ensana I was diagnosed with a bacterial skin infection called erysipelas.

Indoor and outdoor thermal pools were very enjoyable. Great for families and groups to enjoy a few days together. Recommend the half-board for convenience and extensive selection of foods that changes each meal.

Wished the swimming areas were open later.

Great location, well equipped facilities, great food, internet works well, properly priced, rooms are nice so as the wellness area, helpful staff.

Same as last time, the inside pool opening could be extended at least until 9pm.

Sauna's & pools were good. Threatment is good.

The breakfast menu is almost monotonous.No initial information before booking that drinks during dinner are for extra charge. Not for all pools/saunas were indicated from what hour and till what hour they are working.

Shower mixer didn’t work, it was either extremely hot water or extremely cold, it was rather annoying, we applied to the staff, but it wasn’t fixed during our stay

I like this hotel very much, staff is friendly, and also to my dog, excellent meal, everything is fine, will be back.

The pools and the location were greatNot everything was the latest technology and the air condition in the room was nice and quiet.. There is some entertainment and activities offered.

A bit outdated, shower curtains in the tub, and the buffet both breakfast and evening were disappointing.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The spa was ok.

Nice hotel where to relax a get some nice time in healing hot water. We are often returning. Fair selection on the dinner and breakfast. Rooms are fine.

Hotel is located in the park zone. Excellent SPA, both suggested treatment and personnel. Pool was big enough to swim a little bit (but it's not deep though). Everything is very well organized. Breakfast is good as well as dinner. I was pleasantly surprised that dinner food was not repeated from day to day, we had something new to eat every day. Icecream for dinner is an excellent option.

Matress could be less soft :-) Electric outlet was near the one bed only. Not very convenient when both people need to charge their phonesMinibar was empty and no still water provided. There is no problem to buy it in the nearest shop but would be good to have a bottle or two on arrivalHotel is located on the hill so you need to go up from the lake which is not easy for everyone.

Majority was very good over all we had a great time with my partner.

Our shower in the room was broken. The building is old. And it really weird feeling that everything looks more or less the same as 15 years ago when I was a gues as a kid

Perfect breakfast and dinner. Very good swimingpools. Good organized parking lot. Very frendly and professional staff.

This is an amazing spa hotel with the best staff—very professional and friendly. I really like this hotel—I have been to it more than 50 times. I have been in all the hotels in Heviz 4-5 stars, except Lotus. I think this is a really good option. The bar is also nice, with live music. The hotel has the best natural environment. The staff at the reception are the best—very respected. The view from the 7th floor is spectacular on Heviz with its lake. There are many hiking options from the hotel.

I am happy that the hotel offers brown bread for breakfast- this I recommended 5 years ago. I suggest the hotel management add more fresh fruit (pineapple) and different yoghurts. In addition, goulash soup as a traditional soup would be nice every day as a Hungarian dish. I recommend adding a minibar to the hotel room - Hungarian wine, beer, and juices with reasonable prices. Menus for wine could also be printed in a bigger format, which is hard to read. I would also suggest to add bar to the pool area. People will consume drink here. Water with lemon in the spa area would also be very welcomed.

Nice hotel, easily accessible by car, a lot of parking places, spacious room with balcony, very good food (especially for dinner), pleasant spa area with great selection of pools, very good treatments, nice employees

The hotel has outdated rooms (in need of major refreshment), while certain other spaces could be renovated as well, but overall, it is still OK to stay even for longer and is very good value for money!

The wide variety of breakfast and dinner options made dining a pleasure, and the facilities were excellent. The large spa area offered a truly relaxing experience, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Lake is just few minutes walking. Highly recommended for a comfortable, clean, and rejuvenating stay!

It is nice SPA hotel, with all what to a great spa hotel belongs. Parking on site. Nice comfort rooms. The spa part is very nice, relaxing. Bunch of pools. Worth to visit again.

everything was great.

We were satisfied with the hotel, the food was excellent, however I would improve the cleaning of pool and whirpool. In general it was good but slightly old-fashioned.

We came to Hévíz for the hot spring lake and found this hotel (10 min walk to the lake) that was very attractive with its many pools. The spa area is really nice, especially the sauna space that seems recently renovated. The buffet offers a lot of choice, also vegetarian options. We enjoyed the live music, and the waiters at the bar and restaurant were very nice. You could tell that the customers were here for a common goal that is to relax and enjoy each other’s company.

We couldn’t regulate the temperature in our room, and it got really hot during the night. Also our room was not at all soundproof (or our neighbours were quite loud), so the first night was not as relaxing as expected.

Great location, very tasty food, nice wellness zone.

Decor of the hotel is quite tired.
