Hotel Zena Beauty & Shopping Center

The room was very spatious, very modern, the bathroom was very convenient as well. The breakfast was fine, all food was fresh and the spa was excellent, was loving it, I loved the interior, the cleanliness, everything.

The bed was very very hard, I am a very good sleeper, but I woke up every night more than 3 times just to realize my back hurts. Also, it was literally too hot in the room (usually I always feel cold), but I guess thats the irony of fate, I didn’t feel the air handling unit was very effective at air exchange. Lastly, I would have been really happy to have some spring onions for breakfast.It would be nice if they offered sauna sessions as well. The massage wasn’t particularly impressive — I’m the kind of person who prefers a really strong, deep massage.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a long day.The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.The location was ideal — close to major attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

New, modern, large room & roomy shower, in great location, easy free parking.

Not friendly welcome after long wait. No water in room. Town attracts much older clientele.

Everything was great, especially the room size and cleanliness, it's spotless.The breakfast is varied and amazing.

Everything’s good. 5 minutes walk to bus station. Good location. Good facilities small and sufficient. Very good customer service. Easy to check in even after 7:30pm.

Disapointing experience

The front desk stuff at arrival, could not tell us whether we can park on the street behind the Hotel or not…and when the lake closes … very unprofesional. Unfortunatelly I was not able to book a massage any of the days, as the stuff was too bussy… The hotel is not really up to a 4* standard.

Front desk at the hotel went out of they way to accommodate my request. Thank you very much Mario and Vivian. Extremely clean. Variety of good and healthy food for breakfast. A good vibe is present everywhere in the hotel.

It would be nice to have an opportunity to seat outside and have a breakfast. It would be a different experience in the morning.

Nice, stylish rooms and modern look. Clean and comfortable and absolute close to everything! Also we liked the biophilic concept all around! breakfast is fresh and lush.

All in all, it's been an exceptional stay. We would definitely return back any time. We picked Deluxe Suite with panoramic view and it was best of the best! Spacious clean room in modern style. It was of a great comfort.
