Majerik Hotel

The hotel was overall decent for a short stay. The location was convenient, especially for getting around the city, and check-in was smooth. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we had questions.The room was clean, though a bit basic, and could use some updating. Breakfast had a few good options, though it was quite simple.This hotel works well if you're looking for something functional and affordable. Not luxurious, but it gets the job done.

The room could have used a few more power outlets, especially for charging multiple devices.

Really outdated, the wall was dirty with water stains, the doors didn't insulate at all. Breakfast was average. The parking place is quite tricky for manoeuvres.

I lived how in what a great place it is. Basically at one of the entrances of the lake!The breakfast was great and plentiful. Very tasty assortment of items!The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. It even has a balcony.

I wish there were more english channels on the tv, and the beds were a bit creaky.

They practically did not clean the room. They didn't even bring in the garbage. I always had to ask for it in the frondesque

Location is very good, easy walk from bus station, then to the entrance of the lake and other coffee places and resto.

The location of the hotel is great. A five minute walk to the lake. The hotel is old, but clean and comfy. Granny's house vibe. The Wifi worked superb. The breakfast was delicious, self-service. Will stay again when visiting Heviz.

Dinner/lunch has three menus. At breakfast you have to choose which menu you would prefer to eat. The food was deliciously prepared, but it would be nice if dinner/lunch was also self-service, that way you could try a variety of local food.

best thing is location. very close to lake and city center. room has a balcony. staff is very helpful and breakfast is enough

Returning to the hotel in the evening to find the bar closed at 8:00 pm. A resourceful staff member retrieved the situation using his own initiative.

Breakfast....very basic for the sweet choice while very good variety for the savory options.

The hotel is old and needs a deep restoration and redecoration.Furniture is worn out.Bathroom/toilette is not up to expected standards.Price is far too high for the quality.

I am so sad to write this comment but this is what I feel

Not recommended at all!The single room is very very very small you can't moove inside. The stuff was really not nice to me even I needed some help they acted like I was an enemy and I'm not sure if it was a bit of racism or they are always like that. I felt really bad becouse of that and from my experience there is very good places in this sweet twon that I enjoyed much more.

Its very old style, but in good condition. Room had a nice balcony. Quiet and peacfull. Wifi was good. Very good breakfast included in budget price. Balaton hotels are very expensive. This is a good budget option. You have everything you need in the area. Its a place with many tourists in the summer. Good bus connections to the train station. Efficient reception.

The toilet is old style. So you will get a good view of your stool.
