Too expensive for that service. Reminds me of the socialist era

The waiters made humiliating remarks about the guests amongst them, but clearly audible for the guests. The heating in the room didnt work. They offer welcome drink, but it’s only champagne and we werent allowed to take it into our room.The price of the room was exactly the same as an excellent, high quality hotel one day later in Regensburg.

Great location. Meals were included and there was great choice.

The smell of the thermal spa under the building was very unpleasant. A pump type noise- quite loud- ran every 10 or 15 minutes day and into the night. It was right outside our room.

Perfect location 100m from entrance to the lake. Entrance included in the price of the room. Nice personnel, speaking also English.

Parking place not so easy to find, although it is announced that parking is available.

The location next to the lake was excellent, and booking at the spa hotel allowed free entry to the lake. Massages were great. Lake itself was magical to swim in the rain.

The restaurant at the spa hotel was uninspired with OK food, but not great. Better to walk a short distance toward town (even in pouring rain)

We had a balcony room on the garden side.The room is not big, but very confortable.All the spaces are very quiet.We appreciated to be next to the thermal lake, what is the first and only reason to come here (access to the lake included in the price of the room).

Dinner and breakfast (compulsory half board) are not at all of a four stars level. This make the whole price a little expensive for what you get.

Single room bed is too small. Food selection could be better. Room was not cleaned on one of the days. Rooms are not sound proof. I had room with balcony facing the lake - there is a big spotlight illuminating the building & the curtains are not providing full coverage, so it's quite bright in the room during the night. The bed is positioned so, that the gap in curtains is right next to the head. Plus it's drafting quite a lot through the window.

Nice hotel, very close to lake. 2 min. At hotel you can find basic spa as well. Personal very helpful, but sometimes old fashioned. Dinner wasn’t good, but breakfast was quite ok. This is great place to relax and enjoy warm Hévíz lake.Good for older people.

Excellent location with free entrance to the thermal lake. Comfortable, clean room.

The breakfast buffet was slightly messy (coffee machine leaking to the floor, cheese and salami in big chunks).

Breakfast was excellent. The location is the best in Heviz for visiting the Thermal Lake. But just a quick walk to town for shops and restaurants.

Cosy little hotel, great location, helpful and friendly staff. Overall, good value for money, will come back.

Breakfasts rather basic but manageable, dinner was ok. Elevator out of order.
