Hotel SunParc - SHUTTLE zum Europa-Park Rust 4km & Rulantica 2km

It was very accessible, near a train station and Europapark. Very friendly staff.

Good location for Europa Park, comfortable, clean, very good breakfast, warm during the night Shuttle bus or parking voucher for Europa Park

Bathroom needs to be updated but it was fine for a night stay

Stay for 2 nights and it was perfectly located for our trip. Car parking free and bus stop only a 3 min walk around corner. Shuttle to theme park was paid and refunded as stated. Breakfast was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location, 10 minutes from Europe park. At the reception you can get a free parking coupon for Europe park worth 10 euros.

The wifi didn't work at our room at all, the bed was uncomfortable, dry bread at the breakfast, tiny room.

The staff was super nice, room was clean.

No mini fridge in the room and no AC, it was very hot and we couldn’t cool the beverages that we brought. There was a small fan but we had two different beds and the fan was broken and didn’t rotate. No safe to put valuable belongings in

Staff were great

Hotel taxes of €169 at the end of the stay, I was under the impression the hotel provided a shuttle bus, however it is a paid for service at a bus stop just around the corner from the hotel

Great location, they also provide a parking ticket. Very close to the theme parks — just 2 km, about 5 minutes by car. The breakfast was also rich and satisfying.

Good location for visiting Europa park.

Hot room. No AC.

Nice and big room, the bathroom was practical and clean. Bed were comfortable and big. We had space in the room. The breakfast was good. We could park near the hotel but we almost didn’t cause of the lack of parking space. The location is perfect if you’re going to Europa Park

When we arrive there was several bug inside our room cause the window was left open. To find those bugs was unpleasant. The room was really really hot with no A/C.

Everything for our one night ….. location for Europa park

Shower a little too small.

really close to the Europapark - with the shuttle bus it is really comfortable -takes about 10 minutes. room was big enough. breakfast is ok.

Hotel's great location close to Europa Park and Rulantica, shuttle offered and wide range of restaurants around it.

The hotel is near the bus and train station. Breakfast was nice with lots of food to choose from. It is near the grocery (Norma) and lots of restaurants nearby.

The breakfast and localization were wonderful. Only negative side was, the room wasn't cleaned daily.

Amazing location close to the train station and bus stop to Europa Park. Friendly staff and they kindly allowed me to check out a little later whilst I waited for my train. They also refunded my shuttle bus day ticket which was an unexpected bonus!

Nice hotel with spacious room, great breakfast and friendly staff. We had a comfortable stay!

The location was perfect for who’s going to Europapark. However the breakfast is not that good. It didn’t feel fresh and there wasn’t a lot of choice. The rooms were okay. It was clean, however it was very basic. I liked to have a little fridge for example. Also it was weird how we needed to check in. In theory everyone could have walked in and grabbed a key…

Ideal for visiting Europa-Park, includes 10€ free parking coupon as well as 5€ discount if opting out of room cleaning, a standard room, has everything you need for a short stay, nothing modern, good value yet simple breakfast buffet, no kettle at the room

Location !

Everything!‏I am very sorry, but this place is not worthy of being called a hotel. It is very old with very low standards. I arrived yesterday evening at 20:30 with two children. All the public part of the building was DARK. I entered the building which was scary and started looking for people in, then I found some lady who speaks only Ukrainian and communicates with me through Google Translate.

perfect location, perfect clean, absolute friendly staff and good breakfast

nothing to say here. everything was fine.
