    • How clean it was. Yeah, it looks dated but it all works and is super clean!
    • The hotel was in a perfect location for Europa Park. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable but a little dated. However it’s possibly the loudest place I have ever stayed. The walls are thin and the corridors all marble. You can hear absolutely everything. People chatting in hallways, other peoples TV’s conversations in the next room. It was extremely exhausting after a long day in a theme park. Take ear plugs.
    • Very easy Check-In, perfect location for a trip to the park! Can very much recommend this place.

    Cons -

    • Perhaps the lack of A/C and it is a little bit noisy but that wasn't too bad!
    • You can hear pretty much everything from the neighboring rooms and outside. The walls are very thin. Breakfast is charged extra which is okay but a little high priced for what you can get. The quality of food was great!
    • No air condition

It is very close to EuropaPark, you are walking 10 minutes and then you are at the entrance of the park. And hotel has a very nice restaurant which is really good after a long day you spent in EuropaPark.Room was clean and had a small balcony.

    No air condition

Great location for Europa Park and free parking

Room was very hot and with no air conditioning made our stay very uncomfortable. The decor of the room together with the high temperature made it feel like you were in a sauna. As a minimum the hotel should have provided fans in the rooms. An investment into air conditioning units would make the high price more justifiable for the room.Room was very noisy as located above the outdoor terrace area.Staff were great, breakfast adequate.

The location was very near Europa Park. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms where a little bit warm. In the evening there was a bit noise from the hallway and rooms next door.

Breakfast was great, much better than expected. Bathroom of the hotel room was poor. At least there were many towels and holders.

Near Europa Park. Staff were friendly.

Pillows and duvet were too thin. Noisy from other members in the hotel.

    Location, convenience, friendliness

Very hot room under the roof, uncomfortable pillows, too warm quilts, resulting in very bad sleep

We got a big nice room. We haven't tried the breakfast but for dinner the food in the restaurant is really great, the staff is very friendly. Overall good value for money

    All was as expected.

The location of the hotel is in walking distance of Europa Park. Has a restaurant down stairs. Parking spaces for Hotel guests. Room cleanness. The room has a TV. The hotel has an elevator if needed. Has a good value for money breakfast.

The only downsize i saw is that room had no windows. Only a door that lead to an outside shared balcony. But this is something that you can observe from the photos and i already knew about. The hotel is transparent about that. The pillows were strange. Hard to sleep on , weird shape.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It has a really nice bar and restaurant, and free parking which is great for visiting Europa Park. The location is absolutely perfect. Right in the centre of Rust near bars and restaurants, and 5 min walk to Europa Park. Highly recommended.

    Nothing, it was spot on

A nice room with enough space. The beds are good also for big people.Even the bathroom is big enough.

The rooms are quite warm, so leaving the window open in the evening is necessary.

The location of the hotel was ideal for the purpose of our journey: visiting Europapark. The hotel was at walking distance of the theme park. We had breakfast at the hotel. You didn't have a very extensive choice, but the food was of good quality: a variety of bread, croissants, marmalades, egg, cereals and fruits. In the breakfast restaurant they even had an orange juice machine with which you could get a glass of freshly squeezed organge juice. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and hard working. The staff at the lobby was very German: stringent but helpful. We had a nice room for two with all the basic facilities. The room interiour was old fashioned, including a dark grey sink and toilet in the bathroom. But it all added up to the charm of the place. The room was very clean and you were given fresh towels and bed linen every day. In the hotel they have their own restaurant which serves great quality dishes. I ate bbq spare ribs and prawns the two evenings we were there. It was delicious. The restaurant has its own terrace in a quiet street. The hotel also has its own parking where guests could park their car. This really saved us parking costs at Europapark.

At the time we were visiting it was quite warm. The hotel did not have air conditioning. So it was quite warm in the room. At night we opened the window which did cool down the room. But it took quite some time before the room cooled down. The television only had German, Turkish television channels on it. In the lobby they have a marble staircase with just a few rungs on it. I fel nearly twice there, so make sure to watch out where you are going. The shining marble makes it difficult to see where the rungs end. The elevator was very slow but it worked. Oh well, it was a machine from the previous century.

The friendliness of the staff and restaurant on the first floor.

    No AC or ventilation.

    7ArthurPosted on: 6-22-2023

Friendly staff, clean and the perfect location (walking distance) for Europa park visit. Near “biergarten” and restaurants.

It’s a bit outdated and the rooms were quite warm since there’s no airco.
