Every thing is good in hotel staff friendly location to Europe park and good breakfast

I really liked the breakfast and dinner. I believe the quality was exceptional. I had the a la carte, I asked for a salad, and a sirloin steak and cheesecake. It was all very good. Our rooms were cleaned daily. The bus was not running, so we walked down to Europa park. It was a pleasant walk. There was a great variety of restaurants near by. So we never worried about where to eat. Just what we were in the mood for.

The dinner was fine dining. So it’s priced a little high. But the quality was worth it. The bus was not working. Can this be resolved? I don’t know who needs to know about this.

The roof was dripping on my bed. I called the stuff and they brought a bucket and towels because the hotel was full. Other than that, the hotel is good. They did give us free breakfest but the drops all night are not fun after a whole day in Europe Park which was great.

The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and very communicative. The air conditioning worked well, which was especially important during the hot summer.They hotel even gave us free parking voucher for the EuropaPark.

Lovely clean room - junior suite. location so close to park main entrance. Breakfast was not avilable on the day but there is a good bakery within a 3 mins walk.Lots of towels and

I was off season so there was no crew at all one lady in the morning at the beginning it was hard for me to understand the self check in Little scurry to be in hotel where there is no crew

It was super clean and neat overall. What made our stay even better - comfortable beds, very soft towels, nice shower, coffee machine, easy check in, smart remote systems, friendly staff.

The bed was really comfortable, the TV was huge, the bathroom was really nice! We slept really well. The modernity of the equipment have to be mentionned, it’s really nice to be able to show from the interior of you don’t want to be disturbed or if the room needs to be cleaned just by the touch of a screen. Also the rolling electric shutters is something that is so rare in a hotel that it’s really worth to be mentionned.

There were some suspicious stains on the curtains next to the bed and some other on the glass of the shower, this shouldn’t have been overlooked. But that’s about it.

Happily come back next time without the dinner option

The missleading dinner Option which we thought you can pay as you have it but turned out had to pay the full 4days worth even tough we only had two

It is really nice and clean. Employees are really kind and room is same as in picture. Breakfast was great.

We need kitchen in room or at least some electric stuffs, because we have kids. We really miss that.Also, restaurant is a little bit expensive.

The staff were extremely welcoming & helpful. The waitress went out of her way to cater for our gluten intolerant daughter. One of the best breakfasts! Location was ideal for Europapark. We would love to return in the future

Great size, very functional, breaky was good, all in all great value for money.

If you wanted to use the pool around the same time as people were eating dinner you feel very exposed and watched because the tables are right next to the pool and there is no divider

Breakfast is absolutely amazing, staff are pleasant, responsive and accommodating and the location for access to the Park is perfect, à short 10 min walk through the village. Amazing.
