Breakfast was finished and we should asked the personnel to refill them !!

There is a hotel here that is not here, but there is a place where I pay €5 per night for a park in the other place, there is a reservation for me for free parking, no need to assign the client and let me inform you about the reservation.

I dont understand why they charge money for the free parking and everyone parks there for free when we had to pay per day.No fridge ( mini bar) in roomNo free water cooler

This was a last minute booking for us as we couldn't get Rulantica tickets for the day we had planned and our original booking (at a different hotel) wanted to charge us more for the additional night than the cost here for all 3 nights of our stay including breakfast.Initially I was a bit dubious as we got off the train at Ringsheim and it cost us quite a lot in a taxi to get to the hotel which is situated just off the highway and there didn't seem to be much in walking distance except a service station with a restaurant, plus McD and BK. And the receptionist working when we arrived did not speak English so we couldn't really get any further info.However the room was clean, quiet and comfortable and there was lots of choice at breakfastIf you had a car this would be a great stop. Less convenient if you're on train/foot but I discovered that Herbolzheim station was only a 20 minute walk away and there was a shuttle service provided by the hotel direct to Europa Park/ Rulantica for €5pp each way which was great value.

The hotel is write near the highway and Europa park. There is a big parking and fast food available.Breakfast is not perfect but it's included in price. So it's okay.Also there is a nice AC in the room

Some places can be renovated i.e. walls, shower curtainsThere is no minibar in the roomSome visitors can come with travel caravans or trailers and occupy few park places at once

I was charged €25 for a very small dog, for which I brought his one bed therefore lower rating price / quality. It was not on the website

The room was nice and breakfast was good.

Two bad experiences stand out. The first occurred shortly after I checked into my room. While I was still unpacking, two hotel guests were able to enter my room with a keycard without me opening the door. This was a huge safety/privacy violation. If I was changing, asleep, or out of my room it could have been very bad. Thankfully the men saw me and immediately left. Instead of the hotel clerk who gave them the card able to access my room coming to me and apologizing, she waited until I confronted her and shrugged while muttering an apology without seeming to care. The other bad experience has to do with their shuttle service to Europa park. I paid in the morning to be picked up at 8:00. The hotel staff told the shuttle driver the wrong time, and when I called at 8:10 about the status of my taxi, they said he would not arrive until 8:50. At 8:55, still no shuttle, I call back and the hotel staff assures me the taxi is still coming. The shuttle driver doesn’t arrive until 9:30, an hour and a half later than I was told. These two experiences ruined what otherwise would have been a good stay. I would not stay here again due to unprofessional staff and safety issues.

It was very clean and personnel was very helpful and customer oriented. Only downside was that they were working both on the interior as well as at the exterior of the hotel. But the impact on our stay was minimal.

Receptionist - can understand the receptionist is over worked, need at least two receptionists on the desk, as having one causes the receptionist to be extremely stressed and rude/unprofessional to guests due to the workload and stress. Definitely has the potential to have a friendly atmosphere, if there were at least two receptionists at all times.

Fantastic hotel. Nice, modern rooms. Super comfortable beds. Spacious room. Private parking. Close to motorway. Staff- super nice and helpful people. 200% recommend. Staying there always going to Spain.

Convenient location near highway, parking, bath tab.

The soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and I noticed it when I was already in the shower.

Close to the main highway so easy to find when tired and having driven a long way. Friendly staff, various options for fast food locally. There was somewhere to walk my dog and I felt quite safe doing so.

I did notice an unpleasant smell of urine coming from the bathroom, which was disappointing
