Park Hotel & Gästehaus Rust

Super close to Europa park, maybe 10 min walk if you’re walking slow. Lots of restaurants in the area. Good parking. Had a nice breakfast and kettle in the room.

Room is very basic. Would be nice if they had shades on the lights by the bed. It is a very loud hotel with people coming and going and talking in hallways at 7 am (I know it’s not the hotels fault)

It was in the center od the village, just 10 min away from Europa Park. It was clean, comfortable, affordable, and the breakfast was very nice.

Our room door weren't closing properly, you have to pull them full force for them to close right.

It’s super close to the park. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. The staff was super helpful too. It is also close to a lot of restaurants

Location was good since it was not too far from the park.

Beds were not confortable at all, my back is still hurting. Shower cabine was broken, no soap in the soap distributor in the shower, not a quite environment.

Great location for Europa Park. Guest house very comfortable and excellent breakfast. Calm area at night with many affordable restaurants around.

Location close to Europa Park. Even when i was late for breakfast, Staff was so kind to let me have a small meal and coffee. (This boosted my rating)

Not a good smell in the room, tiny bathroom and the room was right next to the entrance. For the price (100€ per night) it was a bit tiny and disappointing. And there was a huge spider.Extra 7€ fee for parking. (a bit hidden on the booking information site. It's an app issue.)

The proximity to europa park

We booked an apartment, its design was weird (entrance to bathroom from .kitchen, uncomfotrable bed, no closet. The breakfast had limited selection and almost no replacement when they ran out of bread. the staff was only available after 5 pm. They did not clean the room or change the towels on a daily basis. our apartment had a terrible smell of pesticides but they wouldn't change it since they said they were fully booked. the strong smell remained throughout our stay of 4 days

The receptionist was very friendly and nice, breakfast options were great.

The walls are very thin and can hear a lot that's going on around, but it wasn't too bad.

No A/C no refrigerator

We were in the separate building away from the main hotel, but just by about 100m - 3 minute walk. We we're in the large family room that looked like it was converted from a reception area, but it was perfect! Two bathrooms (presumably mens/womens) from when it was a reception area, a large clean shower room. One of the rooms had AC which was great, the other did not.

The other room without AC was quite warm and the proximity to the main road made it fairly loud to sleep in with the windows open.

The breakfast spread was more than enough. A lot of options. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.

However, the lack of soundproofing was very aggravating. We woke up multiple times in the night because of loud hotel guests. I would really suggest doing something about this.

Small bathroomReception is only open 5pm-10pm Breakfast offering was pretty limited although we loved the meatballs. Things aren’t replenished so if you arrive in the last 20 mins there’s not much left.Expensive for what it was but you’re paying for the location.

The breakfast was very good. A great variety/selection. with lots of different fresh fruits and vegetables, bread rolls, croissants, savoury and sweet things. The room had an air conditioner united fitted, which was really good, because it was very hot when we stayed there.

The bathroom was a little bit outdated, the shower cabin didn’t shut properly and the mattresses were worn out.

It was hot in the evening and the room is a bit too small for 4 people, while the air conditioner didn’t work and we couldn’t open the window during the night because of the strong light outside.

The location was perfect. Just outside of Europa park. It was quick to get to and from. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us and the a/c was working very well.

The property itself needs to be updated. The outlet faces weren’t on properly, one of the bathrooms didn’t drain well in the shower, a fan was falling apart, and the sink faucet was loose. The dishwasher when we started it up sounded like it was about to launch to space too. Being there with kids, we needed to be aware and make sure the adults handled most things.

We loved the room. It was very clean. Everything was in walking distance.

There were a few holes in the wall, a tile was broken and a fixture in the bathroom was broken. Other than that this room was perfect!!

The hotel is very good in general: the location in good, it takes about 30 minutes by walk to Rulantica and about 15 minutes to EuropaPark. Breakfast is perfect, there was everything I wanted for breakfast. There are some restaurants nearby.

Didn't see other rooms in this hotel but our room was too small for three persons, I traveled with my family: me, my spouse and a kid. From other sides the hotel is perfect.
