Hotel Alter Wirt

Clean large room.

Arrived about 7pm and the hotel restaurant was closing already (it was Sunday evening).

Large room, comfortable bed, a lovely night's rest.

Taxi from airport was 45Euros. Paid half the price to Uber back. Don't get a taxi!

Beautiful rooms, comfortable

The room was quiet. The restaurant next door served delicious food. The hotel is very close to the airport.

Smokers should be asked to stand away from the front entrance. They were sitting out on the front steps. They should definitely be several metres away.

Exceptionally friendly staff. They helped get on of my bags up the stairs. They even equipped me with plate and utensils for my food delivery. Place is very clean and quiet.

The only downside is the lack of an elevator. Even for entering, there are some steps to overcome. Not a problem at all in general, yet, while traveling with more baggage.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It was very easy to get in after check in hours. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and it was very clean

Breakfast is excellent. They made us what we asked formainly omelettes and croissantsThe building is old but the rooms were very clean and looked new.

Perfect for families — clean room and very comfortable. We stayed with two kids. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Highly recommend!

Clean, great rooms and friendly staff. Great little creek nearby and a nice area for walking around. There’s a little communal mini bar which we appreciated and the staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay.

It’s a long way out of Munich but close to the airport. The public transport links aren’t great to the area.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Wonderful service, staff were very helpful.

Great place near the airport with a restaurant near by. Big room with separate beds as I requested .

Convenient location close to the airport. Family room was large and clean. Staff was friendly. Nice restaurant.

We landed at Munich airport late, coming back from from a long flight and were tired. This place was close to the airport, but not right next to it, and perfect for an overnight stay before moving on the next day. Very clean and comfortable and in a quiet location. There is even a Gasthaus (restaurant) under the same name (Alter Wirt) right across which was still open when we arrived at the hotel that night. Hotel had easy checkin with a code we were provided with to get the room key (it was late night and the receptionist was gone for the day). We highly recommend Hotel Alter Wirt!!

Nothing to dislike.

The accommodations were immaculate and we had all the space we needed. The rooms were incredibly clean and it was very convenient to the airport. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Friendly staf, good location, enough parking space

Great valise for money, nice clean room, friendly stuff, close to the airport, and a great restaurant (we are dinner there, not breakfast)

The property exceeded our expectations - it was very clean, convenient, and had a great staff. We had a family room and it met our needs for the evening and at a very reasonable price.

The air conditioning/heating unit was difficult to set and manage.
