Very clean and quite

They have small kitchen but no dish washing liquid or soap

Easy check in, vending maschine, coffe maschine, nice seating area

Room had a weird smell, people fixing stuff directly infront of the door, cleaning lady trying to just walk in before checkout

The price-location is a great value

The AC has not been working for a month, and the fan was installed as a replacement. Most of the rooms are on floor 0, and in room 1 it was loud during the night.

It was located close to the Munich airport and perfect for our needs. There was a conference in town, so it was priced higher than normal. But we were glad to have a room. The reception staff was VERY helpful.

Just the high price due to the conference. The room is normally around €90, but our stay was €160.

Pleasant

They advertise that they have a kitchen in the apartments, but they don’t have stoves or pots by defealt. You have to ask the reception to get a portable stove and the pots. This is not what I expect from a furbished apartment.

On Booking, they promised accommodation until 11:00 p.m. At 22:15, there was no one at the reception, only a phone number that no one picked up. Finally, some employee appeared at the reception and kicked us out. They do not have any money back and do not communicate in any way. And lest I forget, there are drunken youths of various ethnicities hanging around the entire hotel.

I arrived to the hotel to be told it had changed to a serviced apartment property in Jan '24 and my booking would not be honoured. I had to arrange another room which was very inconvenient. I would like a full refund of the $56 euro that I paid for this booking and also to inform you of this issue so you don't take bookings from other customers

Basic facilities

There was no warm water and it was freezing outside. Also no food available and we were effectively snowed in.

Lack of customer support

Been weeks trying to contact to get a receipt so I can get the refund from Lufthansa. I tried the chat in booking nothing. I tried the email they provided during the booking for this request and nothing. I also tried calling and no one picks up. You are oblieged to give a receipt and yet is harder than climbing the Everest.

Staff at the desk when we arrived was excellent and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable

Nice place, poor administration

Everything was fine until we had to take the invoice for couple of nights in there. After we ask for the invoice, hotel administration send us incompleted documents. We ask again for proper details and amount on the invoice but after 5 emails to the hotel, we didn't get any word in return.... And it's almost 3 months after the stay.... Financial order to our company is very important and with this kind of aproach from the hotel, we cannot do business there.... unfortunatelly.

The staff were very kind while many folks with cancelled flights showed up. The rooms were plenty big. While it was snowy while I was there the Italian spot around the corner was great

We booked the hotel for one night as close to the airport. It was fairly easy to reach with train/bus. Instructions for self-check in were fairly straightforward.

There were no staff at all, even in the morning. No reply on the number you had to ring if no one at reception. The room was very warm despite turning the radiator off and one could not open a window, so we had to use the fan. Still was too warm. It seemed somewhat desolate

It was a nice, modern, clean place to stay and a great value. I would be happy staying here again when we need to be close to the airport. The housekeeper was great. I had a 24-hour stomach bug the first night we arrived and the next day he was kind enough to come disinfect the room for me so I didn't share with the rest of my family. Everyone else stayed healthy, so yay!

There was nothing *bad* but it was a little strange arriving to a dark building with no staff around, but it was a holiday and eventually I figured out how to whatsapp and get my key cards from a box full of keys. But I didn't realize the room numbers ran consecutive since they were only on one side of the hallway so we had an extra room between our rooms. Whoops! So just keep that in mind if you have 2+ rooms, lol, next time I'll know. Unfortunately not much around in walking distance, it's pretty close to the airport, but you will probably need a car or taxis... or be good with figuring out the bus. :-)

Lovely very warm and cosy room

There was dirt and dust under the beds. We had toy cars rolling under the beds and had to move them at some point. It was unexpected as the rest of the room was so lovely.

Disappointing

Arrived after 11.30pm..no pin code sent for self check in box..spent a cold night in the lobby after 32 hours travel. Very disappointed

Clean, modern and breakfast was great.

Not near anything - but one great Italian restaurant.Need a car or know the bus route to go anywhere. About 30€ taxi fare to airport.

I ended up not staying here.

The hotel staff leave at 11Pm which means they send you instructions for access after hours. I notified the hotel my flight was delayed and I would need those instructions, but I neveer received them. I had to stay at another location but was still charged by ArtHotel and have not as yet received any response to my request for a refund.

A last minute booking due to train issues in Germany that day. Peaceful location close to the airport. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Room felt a little chilly. Not sure if this was an issue with the window or not!
