- The location is at about 10 km from the village Oetz, and the road is difficult to reach from both possible senses. The bath had a sliding door and only a hole for ventilation, which was definitely not enough to dry the towels, and needed rather to be aerated through the room. The room was very simple, without the expected decorations specific to the zone. The breakfast had medium quality, for instance only boiled eggs, not fried or omelette. In these conditions, 105 euro per night debited in the moment of booking was too high.

Everything was ok and as expected
Clean and nice property. New bed linen. Large balcony with nice mountain view and water flowing ”music”. Parking in the courtyard or near the house. Nice and big space for breakfast and dinner, on demand. The coffee at breakfast could be prepared according to our taste between several choices. We were amazed by the only one host we could identify, a smiling ”grandmother” being active from the early morning (she seemed to put everything for breakfast at our disposition and many of the guests came some minutes after 8 o'clock in the dining room) to late evening.
