Amazing view with large balcony windows all around the apartment.. nice sitting room and well equipped kitchen..

Wifi was not very good

The rooms are big like a small apartment. Very comfortable and clean. The view from the room is absolutely gorgeous! The staff was very nice and there are parking lot outside the hotel.

The WiFi wasn’t working the best but we were able to manage.

The apartment is brand new, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing stay. The beds are very comfortable, and we slept really well. The owner is friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, spacious room, complete utensils for cooking and specially the view.

The owners were very helpful and kind. The location was good, the price was also okay. The equipment was also very good!

The WiFi was not functioning well. In general, the hotel is still in the making, so some things may not be functioning here and there, but overall, it is very nice!

After new reconstruction, new equipment, nice view,coffee happy hours, space for parking.

The personal was super friendly and i can really recommend it for families, the staff is very kids welcoming

It was not in the center of Gröbming but 8 minutes down the mountain, but it wasn’t a big deal

Comfy firm mattress.

This hotel needs a touch of a patient handyman and petty housekeeping manager. Once the dead mosquitos disappear from the walls and doors, sun will shine through the clean windows, shower head will stay in place and toilet seat won't move, then you might forget that you are in a neglected hotel.

Wonderfully quiet (except for the mountain stream and cows) with lovely views. Big reception. The host is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant not normally open on a Monday evening, but, because I’d walked (and others needed food) he provided me/us with a nice meal. A big restaurant and bar. Upstairs is a good sized room with two single beds pushed together with a slight ridge. Full sized fitted sheet with a nice clean single duvet. Wardrobe, cupboard with fridge and sofa on one wall with a tele. Big patio door and window onto a huge nice balcony with table and two chairs. Good view. Bedside tables and lights over. Good heavy curtains. The toilet/shower room is a fair size with a good shower with plenty of hot water and towels. Hand soap and a sachet of shower gel. Everywhere clean. WIFI OK. Darts, table football. Kids play area. Patio & garden. All good. Excellent music in the bar. Would stay again.

Typical Austrian/German pillow; all fluff and air; too soft. Nothing in the fridge! A bottle of water would have been nice. The hot water takes an age to get to the shower; turn it on and do a jigsaw! But, is hot. Toilet seat adrift.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

The room was very cold and the ski room boot heater was not warm - my boots were wet the next day.

Breakfast was great, filling, and plantifull. Many choices, hot buns, delicious salami, eggs, fresh alpen milk. Yummy. Great start for the day skiing.
