Pros +
- Friendly and accommodating staff. Good choice of breakfast.
- breakfast wasn’t fancy but had everything I needed. The staff kept the tables clean and the food nicely arranged.
- I spoke with the cleaning lady a few times — she was kind and very polite. My room was always spotless when I came back.
Cons -
- Seems like it might have been a nice property back in the day but completely run down and unkept. First room was a moldy nightmare. Next room had a broken bathroom and dirty. Elevator was broken and we had to climb stairs to the 4th floor. Mold and bugs. We did not stay.
- The staff were quite rude and not very friendly. They seemed very grumpy most of the time and just want very nice. There was one lady who was very kind, I think the lady who worked for the nightshift.
- The location, the room, the staff and it's in a green zone and we had swimming pool and sea view!

The location is the only thing I can see that would be positive.

Sleeping was very comfortable. The mattress was supportive, pillows soft, and the room silent even during busy hours outside. Combined with fair pricing, it created a restful and stress-free stay.
Breakfast had enough options to start the day. Fresh fruit and warm bread were simple but appreciated.
calm environment stood out. Despite being close to restaurants, the hotel was quiet inside. The bed was supportive, linens fresh, and I appreciated that the price was reasonable compared to similar options nearby
Big room. Clean. Friendly staff. Reccomned.
I like the fact that it was so close to the supermarket to the beach. It was literally 10 minutes to walk to the nearest beach and very easy to get transport.

Very good reception staff and easy check in lovely room and clean. Nothing wrong

the facilities seemed very good for families.it was a good location for what we wanted
our room was outdated but the bed was clean & comfortable
Beautifully tended grounds. Large pool. High standard of buffet food. Large rooms. Ample parking. Very generous brunch tarif which includes breakfast and all the bags and containers to pack a large picnic lunch with excellent salads and cold meats.
Unpleasant receptionist, who made it very clear from the start that independant short stays like us didn't have the same rights as long stay residents. We got a coloured plastic bracelet to wear to prove it. We speak fluent French but this person, hearing we were foreign, made a point of speaking so quickly that even she stumbled and had to catch her breath. The same person on our second night told us with visible pleasure that dinner was full and we couldn't enter. I checked - there were many empty tables and mountains of buffet food. I firmly insisted and of course there was no problem with our presence. The staff and the mails from the hotel which arrived every day repeat at every opportunity how their greatest pleasure is to serve your every whim - that is until you actually ask them something and then they don't seem to be able to help you at all.Check out at 10 am is too early and not necessary.I didn't like the wording of the mail we received every day before our arrival stating that pre-registering was OBLIGATORY in red. This is an hotel, not an army camp. (how about something like "please help with our paperwork and fill in your details before you come". Sounds much nicer.
There was absolutely nothing I liked about this place. I will never stay here again. We paid a lot of money to stay in a serviced apartment not an old 1970s holiday park.
Car park not secure. Not enough spaces and the spaces to narrow between car my wheel got scratched trying to squeeze in.The building is maybe 40 years+ old and it shows. The lift inside is rusty.Walk in the door of the apartment and the smell hits you (we asked to change rooms but they all smell the same) There is carpet throughout even in the toilet therefore any drips spillage has socked into the carpets leaving the apartment smelling of urine. There was mould in between the tiles in the bathroom. There was no holder for the shower head so you had to stand in the bath hold the shower head in one hand a washing with the other (the bathroom is super small using the above to wash resulted in soaking all of the bathroom). The bath is that old the enamel was pealing off.The Internet connection (wi-fi) was rubbish at best you could load a page to find a location but try to doing anything like check your bank make transfers no chance. The swimming pool had so many people in it you could only swim when it first opens in the morning 10am or just before it closes 20. Any other time you can only use the pool to stand in. There was no life guard and no toilets by the pool (you had to either go back to your room or walk through the hotel lobby and downstairs to the basment) This is one of the reasons I stopped using the pool as you can imagine the number of children and the odd adult would not bother leave the area to go the the loo in the pool. I saw a number of new born babies with nappies on in the pool (no children's pool) meaning whatever was in the nappy was in the pool. The hotel staff were rude and not helpful. The plastic chairs on the terrace we're old and cracked that pinched you if you didn't take care. The sofas (that doubles for beds) where very uncomfortable. The safe in the bedroom had a broken lock. The pillows were just filled with lumps of foam and smelled (used my own beach pillow to sleep).
Good location. Close to the beach.
Impolite staff at the dinner service.
I liked taking a short walk around the area in the evening. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful.
The staff at the front desk helped me book a taxi quickly. Everything felt organized and well managed.
furniture looked recently updated, giving the room a modern feel. It added comfort without being overdone
room’s furniture felt sturdy and reliable. Combined with modern design, it gave the space a neat look.
value for money was very good. The spotless floors and clean bedding showed how much attention was paid to cleanliness.
I had a fantastic stay at the Sowell family hotel ! The welcome was wonderful, and the room was very comfortable. highly recommend
