Restaurant menu was too limited for me. Food was not worth the priceVery well presented but my husbands cut of meat was stringy and portion too smallFirst waiter was dismissive of us because we are English and had the typical French attitude All other staff very nice

Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool, room, and restaraunt were very well kept and high quality.

The 'gym/fitness centre' lacked any weights, pull up bar, squat racks, etc. It's not much of a fitness centre so I would not advertise that. Or you could improve it.

Modern hotel with free underground parking, good WiFi and spacious shower. Very kind and friendly staff. Cozy and clean room. 2 minutes to walk to casino and a few restaurants

Not enough sunbeds, a few sunbeds occupied by towels, not many people in the swimming pool, but for some reason towels were sunbathing, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy swimming pool area and sunbathe. Could add more sunbeds, there is space for them , or change the rules about leaving towels on beds if not using.

The room was beautifully designed and very spacious. It was perfectly clean as well.

We checked in and agreed with the receptionist that we would pay for the breakfast right now, so we would not have to care about it the next day. Unfortunately she made a mistake and forgot to put it on the bill, which we didn't recognise. The next day, her colleague said that we hadn't paid for the breakfast. Of course we were confused and wanted to clarify that with the receptionist we had talked to the day before. Surprisingly, she claimed she had told us that the breakfast was not included. Not only did they not care about clarifying the situation, but also made us feel uncomfortable and confused. That makes us feel like the staff treated us unprofessionally and wasn't transparent and honest.

I loved the town of Greoux-les-Bains and the hotel was newly renovated with a beautiful pool the rooms were designed thoughtfully with nice patios. I opted to get breakfast at the patisserie right down the street from the accommodations and loved the authentic French experience.

The bed was very comfy and pool was lovely - friendly staff and they were very accommodating. Fantastic location cutest shops and food nearby

They didn’t clean the apartment kitchen or top up coffee and tea and sadly Wi-Fi was pretty bad which meant chrome cast was hard to get to work

Beautiful property and lovely spacious rooms. I loved the area as well and it was close to the large Valensole plateau for lavender fields

Huge apartment, beautiful hotel and stunning entrance specially at night, loved the pool area, nice restaurants and pretty convenient area with a lot of entertainment.

Good location and modern, clean, comfortable hotel.

Some poor maintenance issues with electrics and shower. For such an otherwise high quality hotel it was disappointing to find the shower control was obviously broken and the power sockets next to the bed were not functioning.

2 door locks were falling apart, the main entry closet was not fully renovated, looks like they tried to save money. People smoking downstairs affected balcony upstairs with cigerette smell. They should designate smoking areas where non-smoking rooms are away from smokers

first we complaned of low water flow in the shower. than we received another bigger room , the water flow was a little better , but were a lot more issues: the knobs in the shower were missing, the sheets were torn, the floor was not clean, the safe locker was ripped from the wall and not worrking, the coffee machine was not clean ,

Beautiful and completely new . The rooms were very comfortable, and quite big. Bed was comfy, shower was huge . A very great find and I will return when in the area. The woman at reception when we arrived was lovely as well.

The kitchen was closed as we were told when we arrived, but they said the bar was open. We went down for a quick glass of wine after a long day and they said it was already closing in 5 min and didnt serve us. Would have been appreciated to at least offer to pour us one and let us sit or take to the room instead of sending us away.
