Excellent location, very good breakfast

Old rooms, needs renovation

The breakfast was good, had many options and were tasty, The location of the breakfast place was also good and warm. The location ı think is perfect. The view from the hotel was so good and peaceful. We could see the river and trees. It is a walking distance to the bazaar, the square and restaurants. The room was a bit small but we used it only to sleep. They had toothbrushes in the bathroom which I think is a plus. The great thing was it had a balcony where we can relax and enjoy the view. The staff was warm and helpful. The parking place under the hotel is small. But they have an extra parking space at most 10 minutes walking. So if you leave your luggage you can easily park the car, and walk back to the hotel. I enjoyed it. The price I believe is good, and if I go to Trikala again I would stay at the same hotel. Thank you.

Everything was perfect! Look no further if you want a comfortable and central stay in Tríkala. The hotel offers all amenities someone needs and is run by the most friendly and accommodating staff. The view of the river is unbeatable!

The staff was very accommodating and the location was great. The breakfast was also decent (though we are vegan and there were very few options)

The room was falling apart. There were pieces of the Furniture fabric on the sheets, which were not very clean. There were valves in the middle of the shower. In general, the room looked very old and unkept

Room furnitures were old, there was no wi-fi coverage at the balcony and very bad reception in the room.

Well laid out, good location on the river near the city square next to the bike path.

The 3-bed room was tight. The bathroom door opened onto the closet

The location is great for city center visit, very clean and good linen quality

Some dishes on the breakfast buffet were not so fresh.

The bathroom facilities were small and it was difficult to use the shower. The parking on the ground floor was almost always full and it was difficult to be always on time especially on a business trip when you had to walk to the nearby hotel parking provided to pick up the car.

Very good breakfast. The room was quite luxurious for its price. Great view from the balcony. Attention to detail.

The staff forgot to put a plastic bag inside the rubbish bin in the bathroom, so I used the plastic bag from the other bin in the bedroom. The air conditioning machine seemed a little broken, even though I didn't need to turn it on because the central heating system was more than sufficient.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.parking was also provided

the bathroom was quite small, and the sink was particularly tiny, making it a bit inconvenient. Despite this, the service and friendliness of the staff made up for the minor discomfort.

The cricket infested rooms and the apparent lack of care of one of the female staff. The other staff and especially the male staff member were accomodating.

We found the hotel easy and had a great check in. Room was clean with big terrace. They had a private parking which was great.

We had a lot of grasshoppers look a like bugs on the terrace and had to sleep with the door closed and the AC on.

Clean but everything is very very old and ours opinion needs to be upgraded in furniture and the bathroom.

The location is central. The staff really kind and always willing to help.

The hotel is really old. The walls were cracked. The aircon was too old and was doing a lot of noise. The worst was the bathroom. Probably at about 40x60cm. You could not stand to have a proper shower. Seemed dirty. Dust everywere! There was no iron facilities as mentioned. You have to ask at the reception and they give you a really old iron which you can use it to iron clothes on the bed. It does not iron the clothes well, as well. Also, no water in the room as mentioned. The breakfast really poor. The kettle was not working so not hot water for coffee or tea. There was only filter coffee which was not really good. The bread was dry. The cheece and ham/turkey melted from the heat!! No kettle in the room. A really smal fridge. No mini bar as mentioned in the facilities. The toilet papper seemed dirty. We bought ours from mini market. The closet was crumbly. Not worth the money. Absolutely not a 3 star hotel. 1 it is too much for it!
