Perfect location, great mattress, clean room

No soap or shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. No water in the fridge. Poor breakfast.

Excellent location great bed and friendly staff.

This is my second time staying here. This time I had a King size bed and the balcony looked over the square. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly. Wifi was very good.

Unfortunately this time I could hear my neighbors very clearly using the bathroom. Alot. Like most buildings in Greece good plumbing and sound proofing them was not a consideration when building them.

We arrived during the flood and were well treated, all things considered. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the central location was interesting, and breakfast was good. The staff helped us find food when most restaurants in town were closed.

Because of the flooding, there was no hot water and for a while no water at all and then no electricity. None of this was the hotel's fault, but it made our stay challenging.

Welcoming and accommodating staff. The property was very clean inside and out. Excellent breakfast and very good WiFi. The rooms were comfortable and of good size. Located in the middle of beautiful Trikala, full of eateries, sweetshops and cafes .

Not much to read here, other than it was raining and the bath showers were on the small size.

parking is down the street and is charged by the hour. a significant add expense

I loved the balcony and location. The hotel is a classic that has been kept up to modern standards.

The only trouble I had was the laundry detergent used for the linens. The scent made my eyes water and scratchy and headache. Unfortunately I am allergic to scents and perfumes and whatever the linens are washed in really aggravated my eyes and head.

Breakfast was good, but not excellent.

No croissants, no bread rolls, no cheeses, few hot dishes.

Hotel located at a great location with a lot of coffee places and restaurants in a walking distance. Good value for money. Room clean and bed very comfortable

Hotel a little bit dated however the value of money is good.

We felt very welcomed at arrival. Staff were very helpful nothing was a problem. Will definitely come back

The beautiful Trikala left me a perfect impression, everything was so wonderful. The night in the downstairs bar of the hotel was unforgettable.
