Cleanliness, modern design, friendly helpful staff.

Nicely decorared. Rooms are big and well maintaned

No aircondition in all public areas even that it was very hot. Breakfast buffet was ok nothing more.

The rooms were very very smelly it was unbareable, the hotel is located on a central bus station we’re practically it’s a bus garage

The staff was friendly and polite.The room had space.,internet was good. Breakfast didnt have too many choices but it was tasty.

Cleanliness at generaly at hotel,room and the hallway it was not at expected level.But it was a New Year and the hotel was full so maybe that was the reason

Breakfast was good. Location far from city center. Lighting in the room was insufficient.

The shower curtain is too short and the bathroom gets soaked.

Nice decor in the common areas. The room furniture were worn out, the a/c was noisy, you could here a lot of street noice because of the nearby highway and there was mold in the shower.

Easy to find off the main road.good above ground parking to the left of the hotel.room was a good size with a.c. working.overlooking the us station but not noisy.restaurant opened at 5.30.all the food was local produce and hand made.chef was very friendly and explained the Greek specials.we enjoyed the Moussaka with a Greek salad.

The signs of the roundabout are difficult to see and we missed it first time.also the water and biscuits in the fridge was a minibar and needed to be paid for.the explained action was only in greek so we didn't realise it needed to be paid for.

Good breakfast.Helpful staff. The hotel is next to the central bus station on the city's outskirts. Quiet area.Comfortable and large enough room for three people.

Room was big, hotel was spacious, great for both work and leisure.

Limited breakfast options, an in-room coffee machine would be awesome! Maybe an upgrade smart TV as well! Just small improvements, nothing major! Everything was great!

Very nice and friendly staff.We forgot fairly valuable item in the room. Manager contacted us next day and arranged currier shipping, nice touch and keep up a good work.

The receptionist was very kind.The room is ok for a night of transit. The breakfast was ok.

Clean hotel close to the cities we were visiting in Thessalia. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and spacious. Bus station was right next door and there was a convenient store that had all the necessities.

Everything was great. Very difficult to find a flaw.

The location was at the outskirt of town, but this is OK if you have transportation. The town is less than 20 minutes away.

I am very thankful from the reception service ,it exceeded my expectations !!!! The lady in the reception was very polite , very helpful and managed to solve me a huge problem , which I made by mistake in booking dates !!! I booked my room a week later from the day that I arrived and I hadn't noticed it , but the problem solved in a few minutes by the receptionist !! The room was clean , bathroom as well , with adequate facilities for its category .

The breakfast could be a little better , not bad for the category , but it can be improved . The personnel was very polite and cheerful also !! I am very pleased when I meet working people with a smile one their face !! Well done !!!

Hotel is located outside of the city...no chance to walk to the center to dine and drink...You must have a car or get a cub !

The bed was not confortable, the heating made noise , the Toilette was not that clean
